Chapter 155: Chapter 155: Conquering Earth – 2
When Shiru was asked to accompany her king, the human progenitor, Damian Ignatius, to the Earth he grew up on, she didn’t understand why he asked her.
He had sent the other High Humans to make the entire human population in the First Tower Realm submit to Damian’s rule, and yet she was simply asked to accompany him… but now she was beginning to understand why he wanted her to go with him.
It was to be a witness, to witness Damian conquering an entire world all alone, using his unstoppable and inescapable presence and power.
Her expression was similar to how a lifelong devotee would look when they finally get a glimpse of their god’s presence… no, in her eyes, Damian was even higher than a god as she watched his figure levitating at the center of the city they were in.
His figure was surrounded by a bluish-purple aura with specks of golden energy zapping around him.
His eyes glowed with intense golden light, and his hair floated, defying gravity, as his presence as the human progenitor spread in all directions.
Even though Damian had controlled his presence from affecting Shiru, just witnessing the state he was in deeply affected her.
She couldn’t move.
She was fully concentrating on her progenitor.
All it would take was his will, and she, without a speck of hesitation, would obey it.
Damian’s presence spread through hundreds upon hundreds of kilometers as every single human within the range felt his presence strike them with a pure feeling of submission.
They all stood frozen in their spots, looking up at the sky, at the lone figure surrounded by a fearsome aura.
Damian raised his hand forward before blood began to manifest from his palm, forming a giant globe made of blood, filled with the vitality of the progenitor.
[Demon’s Grasp: Demonic Ability activated]
The giant globe of blood floated from Damian’s hand and ascended higher into the sky.
After a few seconds, it burst into millions upon millions of drops of blood, scattering like a crimson rain across the sky.
With another wave of his hand, the millions of drops of the human progenitor’s essence descended as if they had minds of their own, shooting toward the countless ordinary humans who stood frozen, unable to tear their eyes away from the godly being.
They didn’t know how, but every single one of them knew who he was…
He was the King, the God to whom they must pray, their savior, the one and only Progenitor.
And they didn’t know what was about to happen, but they knew it was extraordinary.
And they didn’t know why, but they wholeheartedly accepted it.
Within seconds, each and every single drop of blood shot like a rocket and landed on an ordinary human in the mega city Damian hovered above.
As soon as it happened, waves of vitality-filled energy in the form of cloudy light were released one after another from every corner, as every single human became encompassed in a cocoon of evolution.
In the next instant, everything went completely silent, as every single human being in the city, regardless of gender or age, entered the state of evolution, evolving into Superior humans.
Damian watched with a calm expression as his figure descended into the land a few meters away from Shiru.
The aura surrounding him slowly vanished, and his presence returned to normal, allowing Shiru to breathe normally again as the feeling of total submission disappeared.
“M-My king… that was… amazing,” Shiru, unable to control herself, praised her progenitor.
“Wow, you’ve completely changed after becoming a High Human, huh?” Damian said, ignoring her praise.
“I mean, you used to be so outgoing and kind of a scaredy-cat, but now look at you—strong-looking and always having that hard-on expression on your face.”
“Do you wish for me to act like my old self, my lord?” Shiru asked with a slightly scared face, as if she really didn’t want to disappoint her king.

“Nah, just be yourself,” Damian shrugged.
It was more fun having a person with a strong mind and powerful personality nearby, it boosted his will to grow stronger and more commanding.
Plus, he planned on making Shiru his assistant, and a progenitor’s assistant should have a commanding personality.
“I will do as you say, my king,” Shiru nodded and looked at the millions upon millions of cocoons of evolution, unable to stop herself from becoming even more amazed by her progenitor.
“This city has about 9 million humans, and I have turned every single one of them into Superior Humans,” Damian said as he spread his senses to every part of the Earth.
From the day of the Awakening until now, about three and a half months, humanity had entered a phase where it was about to be completely exterminated.
More than 5 billion humans had disappeared.
Most died at the hands of monsters that arrived with the Awakening, others perished during the trials of the towers, and many were killed by the greed of fellow Awakeners climbing the towers.
The reason for this was very simple: compared to all the powerful races out there with the potential to acquire the power of gods, like vampires, werewolves, elves… ordinary humans just stood no chance.
They couldn’t compete against them.
And as for monsters, the higher their level, the more terrifying and overwhelmingly powerful they became.
No matter how much a human leveled up, they simply couldn’t stand against them.
Their weak, unspecial, fragile bodies weren’t enough.
Even after three and a half months, the death rate of humans on Earth remained extremely high.
If this continued, within a year’s time, there might be no humans left on Earth.
As days passed, the monsters appearing from the gates became considerably stronger, and humanity simply had no way to defend itself.
They were the weakest race there was, there was simply no other way to put it.
But that’s about to change from today onwards.
Humans won’t be the weakest anymore, those who didn’t even have the ability to defend themselves.
They might not become one of the strongest races out there, but they will no longer remain the same helpless race.
And Damian is about to become the king of that race.
Damian’s strength had reached the level of a lower-level god of the Lower Plane at his base strength, but his perception and vitality had reached a level that might already be on par with the highest-ranked god of the Lower Plane, if not higher.
Damian could easily sense everything happening on the entire planet, every single living being and everything that contained some sort of energy.
He could sense where these beings were.
Most of the less populated cities prior to the Day of Awakening had completely become wastelands, and the highly populated cities had only a few people left compared to before the Day of Awakening.
Most of these abandoned lands were occupied by mutated beasts and monsters that appeared from the gates.
Governments had already collapsed, with people in the populated territories trying to defend their regions from mutated beasts and gate monsters, which was obviously failing.
Even the most popular and famous cities on Earth had been completely abandoned.
There were even places that had been terraformed by monsters, making them completely uninhabitable.
Even the oceans were no longer safe, some terrifying monsters had occupied different territories within the oceans, and these monsters were very strong.
Damian didn’t think even his High Humans might be enough to kill them.
Just by spreading his senses for a few seconds, all this information appeared in Damian’s mind.
Damian’s eyes narrowed as he looked up at the sky in a random direction.
Damian’s senses had also picked up a few beings who were either gods or possessed godly power, watching him.
“It seems my patron gods are watching me work,” Damian smiled. He was referring to the gods who had blessed him, Nike, Hathor and her other self Sekhmet, Brahma, Freya, and Hermes.
Other than these gods, there were a couple of other gods he couldn’t recognize, and a large group of beings from the biblical Hell.
Damian smiled, looking at the sky. “Don’t worry. After I’m finished with Earth, it will be biblical Hell… get ready.”
Damian shook his head, ignoring their gazes.
“My lord?” Shiru was confused, wondering who her king was talking to.
“It’s nothing… Now, let’s finish conquering Earth, shall we?” Damian raised his hand, and another globe of blood manifested from his skin, rapidly growing until it was large enough to fill a swimming pool above his head.
In his other hand, a reddish demonic magic circle appeared, before growing even larger than the globe of blood.
Demonic magic is mostly used by demons who wish to form contracts, curses, and transportation spells, as well as summoning.
They are not typically offensive types of magic, but they are very strong binding types of magic.
Damian had learned all types of demonic magic and how they can be used from the memories of hundreds of demons stored in his [Spiritual Library].
In response to Damian’s [Demon’s Grasp] demonic ability, the globe of blood flew toward the sky, followed by the demonic magic circle filled with ancient demonic symbols.
It followed and touched the globe before completely encompassing it.
Damian simply looked at the demonic magic circle encompassing the globe of blood, then made a single snap.
As soon as he snapped his fingers, the demonic magic circle glowed for a millisecond before exploding into billions of glowing drops of blood, flying in all directions.
Each drop of blood flew toward every human currently alive on Earth and entered their bodies.
Just like that, 2 billion humans across the Earth received a drop of the Human Progenitor’s blood, delivered through Demonic Magic, like the summoning of demons.
Then, the process of evolution began, as each and every human entered the state of evolution within their individual Cocoon of Evolution.
