Chapter 174: Chapter 174: Rekindling Memories – 2
“I’ve had enough of your stupid jokes, Eden,” Amelia said coldly.
“I don’t care if it messes with your plan. I’m going to be with him from now on, and I’m going to tell him everything about his existence.”
Her eyes flared with wrath.
“And I’m going to kill those lower-plane bitches you picked. Let that be a warning to all other bitches that i will leave alive. The only ones who have the right to be with him… are us.”
Just as the goddess Amelia about to disappear, Eden stopped them in their tracks.
“Wait, you can’t just go around killing them…”
“Is that so? Watch me do exactly that,” Amelia grinned.
But just as she was about to disappear again, a hand grabbed her shoulder, interrupting her.
This time, it was the hand of the goddess Lenora.
“Stop, Amelia… You don’t have to take it so far. Eden said she was joking, right?” Lenora said, then turned her piercing gaze towards Eden as if accusing her. “And you shouldn’t joke about such things. You know how she reacts when it comes to Damian, did you forget?”
Eden sighed, rolling her eyes. “I’m sorry, okay? I was just mad that you guys are officially going to meet him a few minutes before me…”
Lenora couldn’t help but sigh, seeing Eden make a pitiful face.
Even Amelia seemed to calm down, watching her act sad and cute at the same time.
As crazy as Amelia was, she couldn’t blame Eden now, she knew how much Damian loved her.
“Fine, I won’t kill them. So stop making that face,” Amelia rolled her eyes.
“Anyway… I’m sorry I said those things, but not everything I said was a joke,” Eden continued.
“Right now, you guys may be more than enough to meet his carnal needs, but once he achieves godhood, it won’t be enough. That’s why I want those other women to become his as well. When he finally becomes a god, he shouldn’t have to rely on just you goddesses.”
“Come on,” Amelia said, frustrated.
“How many women could he possibly need when we’re here? Me, Lenora, and that bitch Avaline are more than enough for him.”
“Speaking of Avaline, why isn’t she here?” Lenora asked.
Sure! Here’s the corrected version with proper grammar while preserving the original context:
“There’s been an unusually high influx of raiders in the past couple of weeks, so I’ve asked her, Elizabeth, and the twins to lead an army to form a stronghold and eliminate everyone coming through. I haven’t told Avaline about his particular needs yet…” Eden sighed.
“And Elizabeth and the twins don’t even know about him at all.”
“Oohh, I really can’t wait to see their reaction when they find out… Let me guess, you let the family head handle it?” Amelia asked, grinning.
“Of course,” Eden nodded before continuing.
“Anyway, you three might be some of the oldest and most powerful goddesses of the upper plane, but you’re nowhere near enough to satisfy him. So I don’t care if it hurts your feelings, I will make sure those women become his in the future.”
“Seriously?” Amelia sighed dramatically.
“It’s for his best. You think I want more women near him? It’s already annoying enough dealing with you three,” Eden rolled her eyes. “No offense, though.”
“None taken,” Lenora and Amelia said, glaring and shaking their heads.
Well, it was the first time Eden had outright called them annoying, irritating, or useless in the past thousands of years.

“Fine. As much as I hate to admit it, I understand what you’re saying,” Lenora continued, glancing at Amelia, who also seemed to accept it.
“We might not be enough for him…”
“See? I knew you’d understand even with your small brains,” Eden patted their shoulders, making them glare at her again before continuing.
“Anyway, there isn’t much time. I don’t think he can control his lust much longer. So before you… reunite with your most beloved, I want you to remember a few things.”
“You seriously expect us to follow rules while we’re doing the deed?” Amelia asked with an annoyed expression.
“Well, his simulation is almost complete, and all conditions have been met. Now all that’s left is for him to awaken the memories of his past lives on his own. So until then, you have to follow my rules,” Eden stated sternly.
As cute as she could act, Lenora and Amelia knew better than to break her rules.
They knew how terrifying Eden could be when it came to Damian and his growth.
They were all in the same boat.
They all wanted Damian to complete his growth.
Until now, he had lived many lives, but not once had he awakened the talents of his true nature.
Until this life.
This was their chance.
Their only chance, for their universe to rise above, to fight back, to claim their rightful place in the cosmos.
And Damian, their champion, would be the one standing at the front of it all.
“Just tell us what we should and shouldn’t do,” Lenora asked as she watched, through the system screen, their man seated on the throne of the Vampire King, speaking with the five beautiful vampires.
“Firstly, his soul has grown considerably stronger since turning into the Vampire Progenitor. So when he sees you for the first time, it might trigger his conscience and rekindle his past memories,” Eden explained.
“Wait, he remembers us?” Amelia asked.
“Well, not now he doesn’t. But when you meet him, he’ll most likely start to remember. And the more time you spend with him, the more he’ll remember,” Eden continued.
“As you’re already familiar, when gods have sex, it’s not just their physical bodies that connect, but also their souls. If it were normal gods, it wouldn’t matter much, but his soul is vastly different.”
“His talent allows him to adapt to anything that affects him, both positively and negatively. So when you’re with him like that, his soul will make intimate contact with yours, which can act as a trigger for rekindling memories.”
“So all we have to do is keep having sex with him until his memories are completely restored?” Amelia asked, eyes sparkling.
“I want to say it’s not that simple… but I do think it’ll be enough to recover most of his memories,” Eden said, rubbing her chin as her mind processed millions of pieces of data about Damian in an instant.
“All I ask is that you don’t go out of your way to reveal anything about his past, or your relationship with him, or the other family members’ relationships either. Let it all come to him naturally. Make him remember, but don’t push him to remember.”
“I still don’t understand why we shouldn’t just tell him everything, instead of making him remember it all on his own,” Amelia shrugged, confused.
“You wouldn’t understand. You’re not goddesses of soul or reincarnation. There are chances that awakening past life memories could negatively affect the growth of his soul. I don’t want to take that risk.”
One of the rules of the Samsara of the universe was that when a being dies and enters the process of rebirth or reincarnation, their memories are completely erased.
They’re born as a new person, purged of the influence of their past lives.
But in rare cases, some individuals can remember fragments of previous lives, or dream about them.
It’s not always significant, but those who awaken past life memories often suffer unfortunate fates.
Some die unnaturally.
Others never live a normal life.
For reasons not fully understood, awakening those memories can harm the soul.
This was also the main reason why Eden always stayed far away from Damian.
It was because her connection to him was so deep and special that being near him might involuntarily and forcefully trigger his memories, which she didn’t want to happen.
“You’re seriously worried about that? That kind of thing only happens to mortals in rare cases. His soul is many times more powerful than even the Primordial Gods, right?” Lenora asked.
“I don’t care. I don’t want to take any chances. I want him to recover as quickly as possible, with the utmost success and safety. So either follow my rules, or let the women I’ve chosen be with him now,” Eden narrowed her eyes.
“So what’s it gonna be?”
“Fine,” the goddesses Lenora and Amelia looked at each other before sighing and nodding in agreement.
And in the next couple of seconds, Lenora and Amelia disappeared from the spot.
…
Back in the Twilight Castle of the Vampire King…
Damian was seated on the throne, watching the five vampire countesses as he felt his lust growing incredibly strong, almost reaching the threshold where he could no longer control it.
“Come closer,” Damian called after taking a deep breath, realizing there was no other way.
Responding to the orders of their vampire king, Countess Tiana Valthryne, Countess Akira Kaminari, Countess Lillian Brenlith, Countess Amaya Kuroyami, and Countess Kathryne Dracula instantly appeared closer, standing just a few steps away from him.
Don’t think that the five countesses were unaware of the inner struggles of their vampire king.
As female vampires, they naturally possessed a special sense, an instinctive awareness of when their progenitor was feeling aroused.
They knew exactly what he was feeling at that moment, and as a side effect of the influence of the vampire progenitor, they too were growing increasingly aroused.
“Tell… tell me… do you guys have children?” Damian asked calmly as if controlling his tone.
But the countesses could clearly see the veins becoming visible on his pale forehead.
“N-No… Y-Your Highness,” the countesses replied all together.
And they were telling the truth, except for the former Countess Lyara Brenlith, almost none of the noble vampires alive had children, except for a handful of them.
“Oh… is that so?” Damian involuntarily licked his lips, unable to control himself. “Then do you… guys… do you have your significant other?”
“N-No, we don’t… none of us have found our mate yet… Your Highness…” Amaya Kuroyami said, shaking her head violently as if she wanted her king to know that she was single and very much available, an emotion that was shared by the other countesses as well.
