Chapter 127: Xiashien Water Kingdom
Xiashien Water Kingdom, Riverenda Planet, an A-ranked planet, stood as the proud home of the merfolk, its vast oceanic expanse shimmering under the ethereal glow of its moons.
Beneath the crystalline waters of the kingdom’s capital, Aquarinth, an ancient prophecy stirred in the depths of the Celestial Spring, a sacred pool only accessible to the ruling bloodline.
Princess Nirvanxia, the youngest daughter of the Water Emperor, had entered the spring during the full tide, drawn by an unshakable sense of urgency.
She had felt the currents shift unnaturally, whispering in the water that called to her essence.
The moment she submerged herself, her consciousness was violently ripped from her body and hurled into the vast astral plane where the past, present, and future converged in a chaotic swirl.
She floated in darkness, the weight of unseen eyes pressing down on her soul. Then, the vision came in a rush, blinding, overwhelming, and suffocating.
A sky of molten red stretched across the Andromeda Galaxy, its constellations obscured by an ever-growing shadow.
Stars, once radiant, flickered and died, consumed by an unnatural void that spread like an infection.
The celestial rivers of the universe, the leylines that connected worlds, trembled and cracked as if resisting an inevitable destruction.
Then, from the abyss, seven colossal figures emerged, each one darker than the last. Their presence alone warped space and time, distorting reality with every movement.
The first demon god bore a crown of jagged obsidian, its skeletal wings dripping with corrosive darkness that devoured all light.
With a mere whisper, an entire planet crumbled, reduced to lifeless dust.
The second was shrouded in a writhing mass of serpentine shadows, its elongated form slithering across dimensions, consuming the very essence of existence.
The third, a towering behemoth of molten stone and crimson flame, raised its colossal hand, and the great seas of an unnamed world turned to boiling magma, obliterating all life within moments.
Nirvanxia watched in horror as the fourth demon god, an entity composed of endless screaming faces, breathed death upon a thriving civilization, turning sentient beings into lifeless husks.
The fifth, a beast with eyes that stretched across its entire form, peered into the souls of warriors, unraveling their sanity until they tore each other apart.
The sixth, cloaked in eternal night, opened its maw and exhaled pure void, swallowing entire fleets into nothingness.
But it was the seventh, the last, the greatest, that struck true terror into her heart. This one did not move, did not act. It simply stood, and in its presence, the universe wept.
Planets decayed in an instant, civilizations turned to dust before they could scream, and the very fabric of reality shuddered at its existence.
A formless shadow with the vaguest shape of a humanoid, crowned in absolute darkness, pulsed with power that transcended mortal comprehension.
It did nothing, and yet, everything in Andromeda began to fall apart.
Then, Nirvanxia saw the royal clans. Nine great empires, each holding a lineage blessed by the ancients, stood against the encroaching darkness.
She recognized them, the grand empire of Celestara, whose people wielded the power of the stars, the bloodthirsty dominion of Onyxia, masters of the dark arts, the elusive kingdom of Veridion, guardians of the world trees, and, closest to her heart, the noble Kingdom of Sirius, sworn allies to Riverenda.
One by one, she witnessed their downfall. Celestara’s cosmic magic failed as the stars themselves betrayed them, their greatest warriors devoured by the abyss.
Onyxia, despite their mastery over darkness, found themselves consumed by an even greater void.
Veridion’s sacred forests were set ablaze by the demon of molten fury, their world tree crying out in agony as it was severed from existence.
And Sirius, Sirius fell not by destruction, but by betrayal.
A figure stood amidst the ruins of Sirius’s capital, clad in a gown darker than the void itself. Khaterine.
Her face was cold, her expression unreadable as she led the charge of the shadow legions against her own kind.
Zephyrion loomed behind her, his twisted grin a symbol of his triumph.

The Sirius warriors, proud and unyielding, fought bravely, but their weapons could not pierce the darkness that surrounded her.
Even their legendary Alpha warriors faltered, their fangs and claws useless against the one who had forsaken them.
Nirvanxia gasped as she saw a lone figure stand before Khaterine, Richmond. His once-proud silver armor was shattered, his body riddled with wounds.
He called her name, not as an enemy, but as someone who still believed she could be saved. Khaterine, for a brief moment, hesitated.
But Zephyrion placed a hand on her shoulder, and in that instant, the last flicker of her humanity vanished. She plunged her sword into Richmond’s chest.
The vision shattered.
Nirvanxia was violently thrown back into her body, coughing up water as she surfaced from the Celestial Spring.
Her heart pounded erratically, her lungs heaving as if she had been suffocating. The water priests rushed to her side, their expressions filled with worry.
But she could not hear them. She could still see the burning Sirius, the fall of the nine royal clans, and the horror of the seven demon gods.
She clutched her chest, barely able to speak as she whispered, “We are doomed.”
The Water Emperor himself arrived moments later, his regal presence parting the gathered priests. His sapphire eyes, filled with ancient wisdom, locked onto his daughter.
“Nirvanxia,” he spoke, his voice both commanding and gentle. “What did you see?”
Tears streamed down her face as she turned to him. “Father… Andromeda will fall.”
Silence. A silence so thick that even the ocean outside seemed to hush in reverence.
The emperor closed his eyes, his expression unreadable. Then, he turned to his advisors.
“Summon the high council. Send a message to the Kingdom of Sirius. The war that was once legend has now become our future.”
Nirvanxia clenched her fists. She could not allow this prophecy to come to pass. Even if it meant facing the gods themselves, she would not allow her world to be erased.
And so, the battle against destiny began.
