- Chapter 113 - Chapter 113 Chapter 112 Show 1
Chapter 113: Chapter 112: Show 1 Chapter 113: Chapter 112: Show 1 “Yeah, they were all preparing well.
For the whole week they didn’t spend their time practicing increasing their abilities, but they were all practicing what they were going to perform,” Treyton said.
“Oh, so is that why Yang and Ashlee kept going to the other RVs?” Luciel asked.
For the past week, Yang and Ashlee didn’t just stay in their RV and would often go to the other RVs.
“Yeah, they are also practicing,” Treyton said.
“I see.” Luciel also noticed that only Wes or Zam would stay in the RV to drive, and the other would be exchanged for someone else from the other RVs.
It seemed that they were also practicing what they were going to perform.
“Then what about you?
Are you ready with your performance?” Luciel said while looking at Treyton.
If they weren’t dealing with zombies, most of the time Treyton was staying with him and practicing his abilities.
Treyton didn’t go to other places to practice anything.
“Of course.” “Really?
But I haven’t seen you practice or go and practice secretly.” “Don’t worry, even if I don’t practice.
My performance will still be good,” Treyton said with confidence.
“So, confident?
It seems that you are really talented in something.
What are you going to perform?” Luciel said with curiosity.
“Don’t ask about it anymore.
You’ll see it later,” Treyton said with a smile.
“Ok.
So, did you find a suitable venue where you guys could perform?” “Yes, Yang found a decent place after looking at the map a while ago.” “Where is it?” “It’s just a few kilometers away.
We will reach it tomorrow,” Treyton said.
The next day, they reached the place that Treyton was talking about.
Luciel looked outside from the RV window and saw that the place they stopped at was a gymnasium.
“There’s a gymnasium here?” Luciel asked.
“Yes, this gymnasium seemed to be shared by several small schools around the nearby communities,” Treyton said.
All the others went to deal with some zombies around the gymnasium, but there were no zombies inside the gymnasium, and it was still locked tightly.
Treyton opened the door, and when they went inside, Luciel could see that it was indeed big enough and could really be used by them.
The place they were traveling to could be said to be far away from the town and cities, so the gymnasium was smaller compared to those in other areas, but it was still very big as their venue for the show considering the number of people they have.
The venue was big enough, but no people from any communities nearby went to occupy it.

So, the people from the community nearby might have gone to a better place than the gymnasium that doesn’t have any supplies.
Everyone finished cleaning up the zombies, and then they also started cleaning up the gymnasium.
After all of them finished cleaning and had their lunch, Treyton called him and asked him to stay in the RV for a while.
Treyton told him that they had to redecorate the stage and they had to have their final practice, so he had to stay at the RV.
Luciel readily agreed and went to their RV and started reading comics.
It looked like everyone prepared well, so Luciel wouldn’t mind waiting for a few hours for them to polish their performances.
The others still need to practice, so they would probably start their performances later in the evening.
The sound insulation of the gymnasium was good, so Luciel couldn’t hear anything while he was outside.
After three hours, Treyton finally called him and said that everyone was ready.
When Luciel entered the gymnasium, he saw that they decorated the stage and the surroundings with some curtains, balloons, flowers, and other things that made it livelier.
All the windows of the gymnasium were tightly covered with thick curtains, and the lights were also functioning because they were using battery-powered generators.
As soon as Luciel entered, it seemed as if he had entered a peaceful society, and they weren’t actually facing the apocalypse.
All the people with them were already sitting, and they were all dressed up differently for their performances.
It seemed that among them, Luciel was wearing the most casual clothes.
The others were all sitting near the stage because there weren’t that many people to begin with.
Luciel and Treyton seats were reserved at the center.
Before going to his Luciel, he went to Aldo and Samuel, who were sitting at the side, and checked if they were ready to record everything later on.
When he went to check if they were ready, both of them showed their tablets and stands ready to record the performances later.
After seeing that they were indeed ready to do their jobs, Luciel and Treyton finally went to their seats.
When they sat down, Nathan began speaking while holding a microphone that wasn’t even turned on.
Even though the sound insulation of the gymnasium was very good, it still wouldn’t be good if they were too loud, so they couldn’t use a microphone.
Well, even if they don’t use a microphone, Nathan’s voice could be heard very clearly.
It seemed that Nathan was the only one who volunteered as the host of their mini-performance, as he was the only one on the stage.
“Now that our distinguished guest has arrived, we are now going to start the performances for today.
Let’s all give some applause to our first performers, Ashlee, Sophie, and Theo.
Please come up on the stage!” Nathan said with a smile.
When they were called, Ashlee, Sophie, and Theo went on the stage while the others all clapped for them.
The three kids looked even cuter this time because they were dressed up properly.
Theo was wearing a blue suit while Ashlee and Sophie were wearing blue puffy princess dresses with different styles.
The three kids first sang two very cute songs.
The first song they sang was something about sunshine, rain, clouds, and stars.
The next song they sang was about friendship.
The lyrics were repeated, but aside from singing, they were also interpreting the song with some movements.
Their voices were really good; they memorized their songs properly and sang the songs adorably.
As for their action song, it was cuter because their arms and legs were still small, so their actions appeared to be cuter.
Then for their last performance, Luciel saw Aldo bringing out the speaker, and then he played a pop song, and the three kids danced to it.
The song was a bit fast for them, so Luciel could see that Sophie had a hard time catching up with the song while Ashlee and Theo were seriously dancing and were concentrating not to miss the beat.
Luciel was smiling because all of them looked very cute while trying to dance the pop song properly.
The others were also very happy with the kid’s performance, and they were all happily watching the kids dance while clapping with the rhythm of the pop song.
At the end of the performance, they all gave the kids a big round of applause.
Luciel could see that Yang had red eyes, while Jane was already in tears.
“Hey, hey, don’t cry; you are going to ruin your makeup,” Jasmine said while looking at Jane beside her, trying to stop her from crying.
“I know, it’s just that I never thought I could even see those kids performing something on a stage,” Jane said.
Yang should be feeling the same as Jane because Luciel could see that his eyes were red.
As parents, they should have been very distressed that their children wouldn’t be able to experience growing up like normal children in peaceful times.
So, looking at their children performing on stage, which they could normally experience in peaceful times, made them very happy.
They were happy that their children could still experience such things even though they were facing a global disaster.
“Ok, wipe your tears.
The kids are coming down; they’ll misunderstand something if they see you crying so much,” Jasmine said while handing a tissue to Jane.
“It’s rare for them to do something like this, so you should greet them with a smile,” Edna also added.
“Yeah,” Jane said and wiped her tears.
When the three kids went down, they first went to where Luciel was.
“Brother!
Are we good?” Sophie asked.
“Brother, do you like it?” Ashlee asked.
“Yeah, the three of you did really great; I like it a lot,” Luciel praised the kids standing in front of him with a big smile.
“It seemed that you guys practiced a lot.
You memorized two songs and a lot of dance steps.
You guys did a great job,” Luciel added.
“Yes, we tried it many, many times!” Sophie said.
“We practiced a lot because they said that we should make brother happy,” Ashlee said.
“Oh, I’m very happy with what you kids performed,” Luciel said again.
