- Chapter 143 - Chapter 143 Chapter 142 Room Arrangement
Chapter 143: Chapter 142: Room Arrangement Chapter 143: Chapter 142: Room Arrangement “So, what are you guys reading?” Luciel asked.
We are reading ‘The Ant and the Grasshopper,'” Ashlee said while showing the picture book to him.
“Did you finish reading it?” Luciel asked as he saw that the page she was showing him was already at the end of the story.
“Yes, we just finished it.” “Then, did you guys understand the story?” Luciel asked while looking at the three kids.
“Yes, we understand,” Ashlee answered.
“That’s nice.
Then, can you tell me what the story is about?” Luciel still remembered that it’s a famous fable for kids, but he doesn’t fully remember what the story is about.
He only remembered that it was a story about an ant and a grasshopper.
“Me!
I’ll tell the story,” Sophie said excitedly.
“Ok.
So, what is the story about?” Luciel asked again.
He had nothing to do, and he doesn’t want to play any games yet, so he doesn’t mind hearing a short story from the kids.
Sophie opened the picture book and started telling the short story.
“Look, the grasshopper is playing around all day,” Sophie said while pointing at the grasshopper in the picture.
“Then, he saw the ant carrying food and asked why the ant was working so hard to carry food.
The ant said that he was storing food for winter.
The grasshopper said that there’s still a lot of food, so they don’t need to worry and can play first.
The ant didn’t agree and continued working hard while the grasshopper continued playing.
When winter came, the ant had a lot of food, while the grasshopper, who continued to play, didn’t have any food,” Sophie said while pointing at the different pictures in the picture book.
“I see, then.
What did you guys learn from the story?” Luciel asked.
He finally remembered that the story is about teaching people that they needed to work hard if they wanted to achieve something later.
“We shouldn’t play too much like the grasshopper,” Sophie said while pointing at the hungry grasshopper on the book.
“If you want to have food for later, you have to work hard like the ant,” Ashlee said.
“We have to work hard,” Theo also said seriously.
“Yes, the story tells that you guys have to work hard now and be ready so that you can have a better future.
For example, you guys should never forget to train so that you guys can be powerful later,” Luciel said.
“Yes, I will continue to practice and be powerful in the future!” Sophie said with motivation.
The other two kids also nodded and said that they would continue working hard.

“But brother is not working hard?” Sophie asked in doubt while looking at him and then at the hungry grasshopper in the picture book.
Even though Sophie didn’t properly ask her question, he could still understand what his question was about.
Sophie is basically asking why he isn’t working hard, and she was worried that he would become like the grasshopper in the future.
Before he could even say anything, Treyton, who was by his side, chuckled.
“Ciel, look, even the kids wanted you to work hard,” Treyton said with a teasing smile.
Luciel didn’t bother answering Treyton and just stepped on his foot.
Treyton immediately moved his feet away from him.
“Don’t worry; I won’t become like the grasshopper because I’m just like the ant who already finished working hard and enjoying his food in winter.
You guys are still young, so you should still be like the ant in summer,” Luciel said to answer Sophie’s question.
“Okay,” Sophie said while nodding.
“Yes, brother is already powerful, so he isn’t like the grasshopper,” Ashlee added.
Luciel had been like the ant in summer who had continuously worked hard so that he could survive.
He works hard every day; even while being injured countless times, he still continued to do what he needed to do.
Unfortunately, unlike the ant who enjoyed his hard work in winter, he didn’t manage to enjoy his hard work properly in his previous life but still died while still working hard like the ant in summer.
So, in this life that he had gained, he didn’t want to work hard anymore but to just enjoy his life.
He still needed to be powerful; that’s why he was still continuously improving his power, but he didn’t work hard like he did in his previous life.
The three children continued reading different fables.
He was listening to what they were reading while growing strawberries to it.
He also has a chocolate syrup that he used for his strawberries.
Luciel grew some strawberries faster and put them in front of the kids so that they could also eat some if they wanted to.
He was listening to what they were reading, and he would sometimes help them read the words that they didn’t understand.
After some time, Yang came and asked Theo to follow him.
They probably needed Theo’s space and the supplies that they had.
After a few hours, the other people who were cleaning finally began to appear in the living room.
After everyone gathered in the living room, Treyton asked, “How’s your cleaning?” “We already finished cleaning everything in this villa and one of the other buildings beside this.
We still haven’t cleaned the one with a large pool in it,” Yang reported.
“Ok, then just arrange where you guys want to stay.
Let’s just use these two buildings as our residence.
As for the third building, you guys can clean it tomorrow.
We will temporarily use some of its rooms as storerooms to store some of the supplies in Theo’s space.
We need to remove some things in his space to have more space for other items in the future.” After what Treyton said, Yang began to arrange where everyone would live.
“Okay, I’ll read our final arrangement again.
Sir Treyton and Sir Luciel would be staying in the master bedroom on the third floor.
And no one will be living in the two vacant rooms on the third floor.
On the second floor, I and Ashlee will occupy one room.
Jane, Sophie, and Theo would use another room.
Zam and Wes will occupy the last room on the second floor.
On the first floor, Nina and Mia will stay together.
Derek and Samuel will occupy another room.
That’s the arrangement for the house we are currently in,” Yang said and paused for a bit before he continued talking.
“For the next house, on the third floor, Edna and Nichole will stay in the first room.
Jasmine and Myla will stay in the second room.
Bella and Violet will stay in the third room.
Austin and Owen will stay in the fourth room.
On the second floor, Jacob and Liam will stay in the first room.
Conner, Nate, and Mark will stay in the second room.
Felix, Noah, and Ted will stay in the third room.
Richard, Aldo, and Grant will stay in the fourth room.
That’s our current arrangement; some arrangement might change in the future.
But it will be our arrangement until we need to rearrange it,” Yang said.
The house they were currently in was the primary residence of Treyton, so the rooms were wider.
The other buildings also have more rooms, but they were obviously smaller than the rooms in the villa they were in.
That’s why there were more people arranged to live in the second building compared to the people who were going to live with them.
The building they were in has functional rooms on all floors, but the other building only has functional rooms on the second and third floors because the first floor was mostly just the wide reception area and the kitchen.
So, if they want to use them as bedrooms, then they have to build some partitions here and there, which would just be a hassle.
It’s better to just use all the bedrooms available even if some of them had to share rooms with at least three people.
Even though the rooms were smaller than the rooms in the villa they were at, even if they put two double-deck beds, it would still be wide enough to put tables and cabinets.
There are still two wide rooms on the third floor aside from their room, but Yang didn’t arrange anyone in it.
Yang was obviously giving them consideration as the owner of the house and as couples.
They were the only ones who were in a relationship in the group, and as Treyton’s assistant, Yang was really good at doing his job for his boss.
Luciel could only say that Yang was really good at considering his boss’s nightlife.
And if Treyton has some friends or family that are coming over, then they could stay in those rooms.
So, Luciel could say that Yang was really good at arranging things, as expected of someone who had been working as Treyton’s right-hand man for a long time.
