The only people left behind with him were Nina, the three kids, and the four teenagers.

Bella, Violet, Austin, and Owen couldn’t really help much in clearing the accumulated snow with their current strength.

It’s better for them to continue training themselves than to go out.

After he finished eating his breakfast, he went back to the third floor and went to the terrace.

He went to the terrace to see more clearly how much the people in the base had cleaned up already.

Unfortunately, even though he was already on the third floor, he still couldn’t see a lot of places clearly.

But he could still see that only the roads were cleaned up properly.

Luciel wanted to see things clearly, so he wanted to go to a higher place.

He looked around to find a higher place to stand at.

He looked around and saw that the nearest place that could satisfy his requirement was the two buildings in the western direction that seemed to have at least 10 floors.

Luciel changed into a thicker coat because even though the sun was already out, it was still cold because of all the snow around them.

After changing his clothes to something that was suitable outside, he brought out two vines that he was going to use.

He looked at the buildings he wanted to go to and looked around again.

After looking around properly, he already planned the route he was going to take to go to those buildings.

He began to grow the vines and controlled them to latch onto a pole nearby, then he controlled the vine to propel him to the pole after he jumped.

Afterwards he controlled the other vine to latch onto another building and then jumped again.

He continued moving to the building he was going to go to in a fast manner until he reached it.

The building was higher than the other places, so he controlled the vines to latch at the terraces and controlled them properly until he reached the top of the building.

Luciel stood at the top of the building and looked around at the surroundings.

The building he was in was probably one of the tallest buildings in the area because when he looked around in some places farther away, the height of the tall buildings was shorter or almost the same as the building he was standing in.

It was probably the limit of the tallest building they could build in the area.

Well he didn’t think about it anymore and concentrated in observing his surroundings.

He could finally see the base clearly.

Luciel could see that the scope of the base was very large.

The original military base obviously had a wall surrounding it, but it wasn’t that tall and thick.

The wall clearly shows the division of the original military base and the surrounding community.

But even though it has a wall, it still has a large gate that everyone can pass through to go to different areas.

He could also see that those important places of the base had barricades.

The snow in those places was already cleared so Luciel could see them clearly.

Aside from the important places in the military, all the main roads were already cleaned up.

All the other places were still covered in snow.

So, he also couldn’t tell how tall the walls encompassed the community around the original military base.

He could only tell that the walls weren’t actually finished.

But before the unfinished walls, there’s an outer wall that is already finished, but it’s obvious that it was flimsy and was rashly made.

Most of the buildings in the base were still covered with snow, so he still couldn’t properly see the appearance of the base.

He will probably go back to this building later to see how the base looks after the base cleans up the accumulated snow around.

Even though he couldn’t see a lot of things, Luciel still continued looking around and saw that a lot of people were still trying to clear their own surroundings.

But it was clear that there were more people outside of the walls.

He could see a lot of people moving outside of the walls.

Even though he was far away, he could still see that those with superpowers were probably outside.

He wanted to see what they were doing outside, so he planned to go to the walls.

Before going to the walls, he took out his phone from their space and started taking photos of what the base currently looks like.

After taking some photos he put his phone back to their space and took out two vines that he was going to use.

The walls were obviously far away from him, but it didn’t bother him that much because he knew that he could reach it quickly while using the vines.

He quickly jumped off the building and readied the vines to latch onto another building.

The nearby building only has 4 floors, so he had to jump down first.

Well, free falling actually felt good, but it would have been better if the air weren’t that cold.

As soon as Luciel arrived at the other building, he saw a woman looking at him with wide eyes.

Even though he chose a route that doesn’t have many people around, it still couldn’t be avoided that someone would see him.

The woman probably saw him jump from the building and also saw his ability, so she was looking at him with surprise.

He didn’t bother about it and just passed by the woman who was still looking at him.

Lucile continued repeating what he was doing, and with the help of the vines, he finally reached the outer wall of the base.

After arriving at the wall and looking at the people outside of the walls, he could finally understand what they were doing.

Most of the people outside of the wall were actually using their abilities to transport the accumulated snow to a farther place.

He saw people with fire abilities melting the snow and saw those with water abilities control the water and guided them to the temporary canals made by earth users.

There were a lot more people using their abilities in various ways to help in transporting the accumulated snow.

Those that had ability, but whose abilities weren’t that useful in clearing the snow, were still there and doing things like the other people, but they were still a bit faster because they were obviously still stronger.

Those that didn’t have abilities were using their strength to control different equipment to remove all the snow around and put it in the containers or trucks that would transport the snow somewhere.

He saw Zam controlling the snow and placing it somewhere farther away.

He also saw Treyton using his metal ability to make his own bulldozer and was using it to quickly fill up the trucks that were transporting snow somewhere.

When he saw Treyton downstairs, he was finally noticed by one of the guards standing on the wall.

The people that were on the walls were obviously a bit distracted, and their attention was also obviously focused on the people working below, so they didn’t even think that someone would actually brazenly climb the walls they were on.

“Hey!

Who are you?

Only authorized personnel are allowed to stand here.

Please go down,” the soldier who went to where he was said while looking at Luciel warily.

“Don’t worry, I won’t do anything; I just want to watch what they are doing,” Luciel replied nonchalantly.

“Even if you don’t want to do anything, it is still not allowed to come up here without consent,” the soldier said again.

“Yeah, I know,” Luciel replied nonchalantly.

Before the soldier could say anything, they heard a shout downstairs.

“Luciel, is that you?” Nathan asked loudly.

Luciel looked down and saw that Nathan was beside Treyton with two water bottles in his hand.

“It’s really you.

What are you doing up there?” Nathan asked as soon as he looked below.

Luciel didn’t answer Nathan, but he turned to the soldier first and said, “I’ll go down now.” Luciel directly jumped down the wall using the vines to latch onto the wall and onto the car below.

“Woah, cool.

I also want to jump like that.

Why don’t you teach me how to do it?” Nathan said as soon as he saw him.

“I can only do it because I’m a plant user.

Just focus on strengthening your abilities; you will probably have a chance to do such things with your own power,” Luciel said.

He doesn’t want to be disturbed by Nathan in the future, so he directly said that he could only do it because he was a plant user.
