Chapter 209: Chapter 208: Victims in the third research room
The woman in the first wall compartment had the hands and feet of a dog, so she was writing and screaming in pain in her bed and wasn’t even able to stand up because of her disproportionate body.
Most of the people in the third room have a similar state to the woman in the first compartment.
Luciel doesn’t know how they were still alive even though they were attached to something that shouldn’t have been parts of their bodies at all.
But even though they were still alive, it was obvious that they were just living in pain.
It was already nighttime, but they were still awake and were all crying and screaming out in pain.
The researchers in charge also seemed to have a really bad taste and wanted to torture them because instead of knocking them out for them to quiet down, they were still awake.
If they were injected with sedatives, then at least they would just be unconscious and wouldn’t feel any pain at all.
Luciel looked at them and knew that even if they were rescued, they couldn’t live like others, and they wouldn’t even live for a long time.
If they were rescued, they would just continue living painfully as they are now, so Luciel offered to kill them if they wanted to.
Of course, if they wanted to live, then Luciel would just leave them alone; it’s their own life anyway.
Luciel was just reminded of all the people he saw who pleaded to let him kill them because they didn’t want to live and experience any more pain as their bodies were torn apart by the monsters.
The people in the room reminded Luciel of those countless people, so he offered to kill them.
“Do you want me to kill you now?” Luciel repeated slowly because it seemed that the woman in front of him hadn’t heard what he said.
“A-ah ah, y-yes p-lease kill me now! Aaaaagh!”
The woman answered with difficulty before screaming in pain again.
Luciel opened the glass wall and entered the first compartment.
When he was already beside the bed where the woman was writhing in pain, he grabbed the combat dagger he had on his thigh.
“Do you want to say anything else?” Luciel asked while holding up the dagger and aiming at the woman’s heart.
The woman didn’t say anything and was still screaming in pain.
“I will ask you for the last time. Do you really want to die now?” Luciel asked again.
“Y-yes, p-please kill me!”
“Ok.”
“T-thank you!” the woman said.
As soon as the woman said those words, Luciel accurately stabbed the woman’s heart with the dagger he was holding.
As soon as the dagger stabbed the woman’s heart, Luciel could see the relief in the woman’s eyes, just like the eyes of those people he had killed because they didn’t want to be in pain any longer.
“I hope you will live in a better world in your next life,” Luciel said while looking at the woman who was already at rest forever before going out of the glass compartment.
“What is it?” Luciel asked Treyton and the others who had complicated looks on their faces while looking at him.
“Nothing,” Treyton answered.
“Oh,” Luciel just said with a nod and then moved to the next glass room.
Before he could enter, Luciel heard Treyton say, “Go to the others and do what Ciel just did.”

“If you guys aren’t accurate enough, then it’s better to just leave it to me. It would be bad if they still felt additional pain while they were already in great pain,” Luciel reminded.
If they aren’t accurate enough, then it wouldn’t be that good because they might not properly stab the person to cause an instant death where the person would lose their consciousness in just a few seconds.
If they aren’t that accurate, the person they had to kill would still register the pain afterwards.
It’s also not good if they weren’t accurate enough because if they want the person to die instantly, then they would stab again, which would just add additional psychological pressure to them.
They might be killing those victims to ease their pains, but they were all aware that they were still killing someone.
It’s ok for him because he was already used to it, so he doesn’t have a problem with it any longer.
However, Treyton and the others were obviously doing it for their first or second time only because the people they had killed in the past were all bad people who had to die to contribute to societal peace.
So, it’s not good if they get broken in the future because of the accumulation of such pressure.
If they got broken, then they would be less helpful, which wouldn’t be good for his leisure life in the future.
After Treyton heard what he said, he stopped those people who weren’t that accurate.
In the end, only Treyton, Wes, Jacob, and 2 other soldiers took action after Luciel entered another glass room.
Luciel said and did the same thing to the young man in the classroom who was crying in pain.
The young man also agreed and thanked him in the end.
He killed another middle-aged man who had a cow body part connected to him before stopping because the others had already dealt with the other victims in the room.
He looked around and saw that almost everyone was really dealt with already, but he stopped at the last corner of the third room, where Treyton was standing.
Luciel went to where Treyton was because he saw that Treyton was just standing there and wasn’t doing anything else .
When he went to where Treyton was, he understood why Treyton was just standing there.
The person in front of Treyton just looked to be a 9- or 10-year-old girl.
The girl was also different from the others, as she wasn’t screaming or crying in pain.
However, when Luciel looked closer, he could see that the girl was still conscious but already had dead eyes.
“Why don’t you kill me now?” the girl even said while looking at them.
