Chapter 214: Chapter 213: Leaving the research center

Treyton had ordered Jacob to call the people they had left in the building, so when they arrived, Treyton immediately arranged for them to do something.

Treyton asked Wes and the others to guide Theo to get all the equipment that they could get.

But of course, Treyton arranged for them to go to the empty rooms first to get the equipment in those rooms.

As for the rooms that were used for research, Treyton ordered the others to put the equipment they needed out in the hallway or clean it up first.

He also ordered the others to guide Theo away from the 3 research rooms used for human experiments.

Treyton had already warned the others not to go to those rooms and only ordered his original bodyguards and those older soldiers who were with them to go there to get the equipment out and let out the victims, but Nathan and Vance didn’t listen to him.

Luciel had closed his eyes and rested on the chair beside him while Treyton and the others got busy.

Luciel wasn’t asleep, so he could still feel that everyone was busy moving around, but he only opened his eyes when Treyton said that they had to go.

When Luciel went out, he saw that the team that they left in the building was already with them and all their cars were already ready.

It seemed that while he was resting, Treyton had called the others that were left in the building to get all the things that they needed.

Luciel saw that aside from their RVs, they had other cars with them.

“Did you already get everything that you needed in the research center?” Luciel asked.

“Oh, so we are going to start traveling now.”

“I see. Then I’ll go and sleep now,” Luciel said while going inside their RV.

Luciel didn’t look at it any further and just went to their bed and lay down.

What happened in the research center just reminded him of what he had been doing in the past.

That’s why as soon as he closed his eyes, he could see a lot of blurred images depicting the things that he had encountered in the past.

Even though he had forgotten the faces of those people, he could still remember some of the scenes when it happened. That’s why it was flashing around his mind when it was triggered a while ago.

Well, Luciel was already used to recalling such memories, so he just tried to relax more by thinking of the movies and games that he had just watched and played and ignore the memories he was recalling to sleep faster.

After sleeping, those memories that had surfaced would surely be buried just before.

When Luciel woke up in the morning, they were already resting far away from the research center.

When he woke up, he didn’t see anyone inside the RV. When he went out, he saw that the others were all busy.

Most of them were looking after the victims that they brought out of the research center while Treyton and the others were busy looking at the data that they had brought out of the research center.

Nathan, Yang, Zam, and Samuel were the people with Treyton.

It was obvious that Treyton doesn’t want to have a lot of people looking at the data that they got from the research center; that’s why he was only with four people.

They had to read a lot of people, but Treyton only called a few people to filter the things that they gathered from the research center.

Nathan was there because he was a doctor and certainly had some understanding of the research that they were doing, especially if it was connected to the human body.

Samuel was there because he was certainly needed to filter all the files that were stored in different storage devices.

Yang and Zam were, of course, there to help out because they were the most trusted subordinates of Treyton, who could also take charge of the team if something ever happened.
