Chapter 225: Chapter 224: Planning to go to the Sunset base market
When the others came back, it was just in time, when Lottie had finished cooking the last dish that she had prepared.

“Let’s eat,” Luciel said as the other dishes were already at the table.

When the others sat, they began eating, and of course they also invited Lottie to eat, who refused first before finally eating with them.

In the end they found out that most of the officials in the Sunset base actually supported the human experiment in the research center.

Treyton and the others found the subordinates of those officials that were supporting the research center and tracked them down until they found their connections.

Only a few officials were not involved in it. After further investigation, they learned that those officials that weren’t involved in the research center were the supporters or subordinates of the previous Sunset base leader.

Treyton decided to communicate with the other officials who weren’t involved with human experiments.

After learning how many subordinates they have who were directly under the command of those officials that were involved in the human experiment, Treyton and the others were sure that they could deal with them as long as they didn’t have to deal with them altogether.

If they wanted, they could even assassinate those officials themselves, and everything would be solved.

However, Treyton still decided to contact the other officials who weren’t involved for them to decide what to do with the others because they were only visiting the base.

It involved the base officials, so the base should try to deal with it on their own.

Treyton said that if they weren’t satisfied with how they were dealt with in the end, then they could take action themselves.

Well, if it were him, he would just directly assassinate those officials that were involved so that it would be dealt with cleanly and easily.

But Luciel wouldn’t be the one who would do the trouble of speaking to those officials and other things, so he didn’t say anything against Treyton’s decision.

They had to meet those people in secret, so they planned the route to the residence of those officials properly and planned to visit them that night.

So they had to go back as early as possible if they didn’t want to be further delayed if the weather suddenly turned bad.

After their discussion, Treyton and the others all prepared a bit, and all of them went out.

After they left, Luciel also went back to their room and continued watching a movie before sleeping.

Luciel slept late, but he still woke up earlier than usual because Treyton wasn’t beside him.

He was already accustomed to the presence of Treyton by his side every night.

So, he would always wake up early as long as he felt that Treyton wasn’t beside him the entire time.

That’s also what had happened when Treyton and the others went out when they were in the north base.

Luciel woke up very early, but he didn’t get out of their room and just stayed on the bed while listening to music.

He only went out of the room when he smelled that Austin and Astrid were already cooking something for breakfast.

“What are you guys cooking?” Luciel asked as soon as he was out of his and Treyton’s room.

“We don’t know much, so we are only frying canned meat, and we planned to add instant noodles,” Astrid answered while opening another canned meat while Austin was the one who was frying it.

Luciel looked at the lined-up instant noodles and canned meat that Astrid was planning to open and said, “Just prepare enough for the three of us. Don’t bother preparing breakfast for the others because they probably won’t return for breakfast.”

If Treyton and the others planned to return for breakfast, they should have returned already; however, they still haven’t returned even though it’s already seven in the morning.

Treyton and the others also prepared emergency food with them when they set out so they don’t have any problems even if they don’t return for breakfast.

“Is that so?”

“Yeah, and if they returned late for breakfast, then they could just cook their own food,” Luciel said.

“Ok, then, I won’t open the other canned meat anymore,” Astrid said and started returning the other canned meat and instant noodles in the box.

Austin easily finished frying the canned meat and also finished preparing their instant noodles because it’s only for the three of them.

After they had their breakfast, Luciel said, “I plan to go out and look around the Sunset base, especially in the market. Do you guys want to join?”

“Is it okay for us to go out?” Astrid asked.
