Several maidservants nodded one after another, and one of them said, “Then I will tell the other servants to help.”

“All right.” Duan Yixin nodded and then washed her hands with water sent by another maidservant.

As soon as her hand touched the water, Duan Yixin smelled two unfamiliar smells in the air mixed with the smell of blood. She stopped and looked towards the circular doorway. When her eyes met those of Emperor Yong’an, Emperor Yong’an was stunned on the spot.
