Chapter 335: Juliet’s Lies Are Exposed
TWENTY-FOUR HOURS LATER…
The dull sound of footsteps echoed through the cold, sterile halls of the police station as an officer made his way toward the holding cells.
Inside one of them, Olivia Swift sat on the edge of the bench, arms folded tightly across her chest. She had barely slept properly in days, her nerves worn thin by the weight of uncertainty. The air smelled of disinfectant and iron bars—reminders of how low she had fallen.
She glanced up at the sound of the approaching officer, her brows furrowing in confusion when he stopped directly in front of her cell.
The officer pulled out a key and inserted it into the lock with a soft click. The heavy metal door creaked open.
“You’re free to go, Miss Swift,” the officer said, his voice neutral.
Olivia blinked. A second passed. Then another.
“What?” she asked, her tone laced with disbelief. ‘So soon?’
The officer barely spared her a glance as he stepped aside. “You’re being released. You’re free.”
A sharp intake of breath left Olivia’s lips. Free?
Her fingers curled into fists as she stood up. She stared at the officer, trying to read his expression.
“Why?” she demanded, trying to confirm her guesses.
The officer sighed, as if he had explained this more times than he cared for. “A video surfaced proving that you didn’t push Juliet Scott down the stairs. It shows the entire incident from a clear angle—Juliet fell on her own.”
A smirk appeared at the corner of her lips as she immediately connected the dots and confirmed her doubts.
There was no one else who could have acted this fast except—Aurora.
Her fingers clenched tightly at her sides. So, she really did help me.
A strange mix of emotions swirled within her—relief, gratitude, and surprise. She had predicted a 50-50 chance of Aurora helping her. And even though she was surprised she helped, she couldn’t help the shock by how fast she did it.
They were supposed to be enemies. Aurora was supposed to ignore her and use this opportunity to take her revenge, but she didn’t
What kind of person are you, Aurora? Are you planning something else?
It was completely normal for Olivia to be doubtful and though she didn’t like the idea of owing anyone, especially Aurora, she had no choice.
The officer gave Olivia an expectant look. “Are you leaving or not?”
Snapping out of her thoughts, Olivia straightened, lifted her chin, and strutted forward with as much dignity as she could muster.
But just before stepping out of the cell, she paused.
With a slight smirk, she turned to the officer. “See? I told you from the start—I never pushed that woman.”
The officer merely shrugged, clearly indifferent to her declaration. “You can collect your belongings at the front desk.”
Olivia scoffed lightly before walking out.
Olivia got to change back into her own clothes. She felt disgusted with herself as she hasn’t showered in a week. But as she took the rest of her stuff from the first desk, she got the bill from Aurora.
‘Huh? She got this video from Victor for $125,000? How come?’
As Olivia stepped into the bright daylight, a cool breeze swept past her, filling her lungs with fresh air.
She was free. And she needed to talk to Aurora.

Well, well, well, darlings—just when we thought we had seen it all, the tables have turned!
The latest breaking news from Wing City confirms that Olivia Swift has been released from police custody after video evidence proved her innocence. That’s right, folks! Our once-presumed villainess didn’t actually push Juliet Scott down the staircase. Instead, the footage shows Juliet tripping on her own and taking a very unfortunate tumble.
So, what does this mean? It means Juliet lied. She falsely accused Olivia of a crime she never committed, all while playing the victim and garnering sympathy. We hate to say it, but… we told you these two were bound to bring drama!
But here’s where it gets even juicier—Owen Scott was so convinced of his wife’s innocence that he was ready to send his ex-wife to jail for life. Now that the truth is out, we can’t help but wonder: How does it feel, Owen, knowing you almost destroyed someone’s life over a lie?
Now, let’s head to the comment section because, as always, our dear readers have thoughts… and we LIVE for the drama.

@WingCityWatcher: Wait, wait, wait. Are you telling me OLIVIA SWIFT was actually innocent? What in the plot twist is this?!
@NotJuliet’sFan: So, Juliet lied?! And Owen fell for it?! Man, this guy just keeps proving how much of a fool he is.
@Justice4Olivia: I don’t even like Olivia, but imagine being framed for something you didn’t do. Owen was ready to RUIN her. He owes her an apology, PERIOD.
@OwenTheSimp: Owen is out here making life-changing decisions based on his wife’s word alone? My guy, do you even THINK?
@DramaQueen: Of course, Olivia was innocent. But let’s not pretend like pushing Juliet isn’t something she could have done.
@WhoSavedHer: Who gave the police the video? Because let’s be real, Olivia was DONE FOR before that evidence popped up.
@BagSecure: Olivia better go find that person and THANK them because you were one step away from wearing an orange jumpsuit!
@ShameOnJuliet: And what about JULIET?! Is she gonna face consequences for framing someone??

Owen sat in the dimly lit hospital room, his fingers clenched around his phone as he replayed the damning video evidence the police had sent him. Each second that passed tightened the grip of betrayal around his chest, making it harder to breathe.
The truth was now undeniable—Juliet had lied. She had deliberately framed Olivia. And worse, she and Casey had conspired to worm their way into his life, all to take revenge on Olivia.
His jaw ticked as he exhaled sharply, his hands trembling with fury. He turned to the hospital bed where Juliet sat propped up, still weak from her C-section. She glanced up at him with tired eyes, completely unaware that her carefully woven deception was about to unravel.
Owen didn’t wait. He threw his phone onto her lap. “Watch it.” His voice was cold. Unforgiving.
Juliet hesitated. “Owen, what’s—”
“Watch the damn video, Juliet!”
The way he said her name—void of warmth—sent a chill down her spine. With shaky fingers, she picked up the phone and pressed play.
The moment the truth played before her eyes, her entire body went rigid.
The video clearly showed her standing at the top of the stairs, smirking, taunting Olivia. And then—she slipped. Not a single hand had touched her.
And yet, she had blamed Olivia. Lied to Owen. Played the victim.
The phone slipped from her fingers, landing on the hospital sheets.
“Owen… I…” Her lips quivered. Fear danced in her eyes.
But Owen wasn’t interested in excuses.
