Chapter 323: Chapter 323 – Alpha, They Are Rogues
“Alpha, what problem could it be?” Beta Hugo asked. Tristan smiled bitterly, recalling all the embarrassment Scarlet caused him at the Black Fur pack.

Their ordeal lasted on the lips of those guests for a long period of time, and he was sure they had still not forgotten about it.

His beta was more concerned about the development of the pack rather than the Alpha’s pride.

He never cared about how Luna Valerie would feel when betrayed, so why should Beta Hugo care how embarrassed Tristan might be at the coronation?

“All the Alphas know my story with Scarlet. How would I even qualify for any opportunity?”

“But having received an invitation from Alpha Denzel himself, won’t it be worse if you turn it down? Luna Valerie might be upset with Luna Scarlet, but they are still sisters,” Hugo pointed out.

Ever since the incident at the Black Fur pack, Scarlet and Tristan slept in separate rooms and hardly saw each other.

There were no longer funds for her beauty treatments too, leaving her hateful of herself. Scarlet sat at the corner of her bed, lost in deep thought when she heard the knock on the door.

Only the servants brought her food and came to clean her room. It was not time for either of those, so she wondered their reason for coming in again.

“What do you want?” There was no warmth in her voice when she answered the door.

There was no response, but the door was rather pushed open as Tristan stepped in. The sight of the woman on the bed, which used to interest him before, now only abhorred him.

“There is an invitation letter for Luna Valerie’s coronation. We have both been invited.”

Charlotte stiffened for a moment, and a tear dropped from her eyes before she remembered one thing. She took Valerie’s position in their pack and lost her position in the Black Fur Pack.

Now, Valerie was going to be coronated as the Luna of the biggest pack there was. Everyone would be there. All the Alphas and Lunas. If she refused to attend, then they would think she was jealous of Valerie.

Indeed, she was, but this was equally her only chance to redeem herself. Then again, after rejecting Tristan and being rejected by Ludwig, Charlotte hoped to find her second chance mate.

She had to look her best in case the moon goddess blessed her with another mate. Tristan was rather disgusted.

“That is your business,” he said and walked out on her.

At the Evergreen pack, everyone arrived early at training, especially when Alpha Denzel had arrived first.

Having been away for about three weeks, they were happy to see him, as his presence brought the pack the needed security.

The surprise was the new faces attending training for the first time, and they began to murmur when Valerie arrived with Ashley and Alice. Even as she had tried to come with Denzel, he told her to wait and bring Ashley along.

Valerie also needed to check on her father, resulting in Denzel making it to the training room earlier than her, though she woke up and freshened up before him.

It was also obvious that he was avoiding her, but she just had to find a way to prove to him that what happened last night would never happen again.

Burke had gone to bring Raven and Roy, but Alpha Denzel had a very important announcement to make before beginning everything.

With a lot of guests to be hosted at the pack house with visiting Alphas coming in soon, he could not bear for anything to go wrong or for information about Ashley to be sent out before the time.

That would result in Tristan and Scarlet not attending the coronation, which would ruin Denzel’s plans.

With pack members having friends and loved ones in other packs, he quickly warned them.

“Everyone, no information about our pack should travel out of here until after the coronation.”

Burke arrived with Raven and Roy, and somehow, one of the pack members recognized them, angered by their presence as he yelled.

“Alpha, they are rogues. What are they doing here?”

The mention of rogues caused the other pack members to stare at the twins with disdain, making them cower in fear of being sent back to the rogue community.

After all, Alpha Denzel would not sacrifice the happiness and security of his pack members for two rogues, right?

Not expecting this, Alpha Denzel was rather upset, calling out the troublemaker. “Skol, come out here.”
