Chapter 331: Chapter 331 – Rewards
“Excuse me, everyone. Val, please come with me,” Alpha Denzel said.

There were things he needed to discuss with Valerie, even though he knew she would readily agree to them.

They went a little away, speaking in hushed tones before Denzel returned with Valerie and revealed.

“If it’s okay with you, Alpha Lawn, we can merge our packs. Not in the form of having the same Alpha but in terms of support. Cross-travel and mating within the packs would be without permission. After all, we are one big family.”

Alpha Lawn was stunned but revealed more. “Also, you would have our support in rebuilding your pack in terms of trade and commerce.”

He knew that with Alpha Lawn’s return, Valerie would want to visit her pack and might even spend days there if she wanted.

As such, he had to make it comfortable for her. At the moment, he was focusing on the future, though they had immediate issues to resolve with her.

Alpha Lawn did not want to take advantage of Alpha Denzel’s kindness. His protection of Valerie was enough for him, and now that he was back, he could put things in perspective.

“Our pack is not as strong and wealthy as yours. I also heard that due to poor management, things are going really bad.”

Denzel smiled, not understanding the reason why his father-in-law was being too courteous.

“I know the state of the pack, but I refused to help because Valerie did not ask me. Also, they all turned against her when Tristan betrayed her, so they deserve to suffer.”

Alpha Lawn understood Denzel’s point, but for as long as he planned to take over his pack, he had to equally make the life of the pack members comfortable.

“I agree, but they are lucky that I’m back. For as long as I’m there, I can’t allow them to continue suffering. Also, the financial standing is very low.”

That’s why he did not want to be leeching off the hard work of the Evergreen pack.

Valerie smiled and revealed to her father’s stun. “There is a lot of money in the safe, Dad. I just refused to give them the passcode. Once everything is over, I will give it to you and Ashley.”

The middle-aged man rubbed Valerie’s shoulder from where he sat, and she leaned in, hugging her father fully, though in a sitting position.

“Val, you are indeed a treasure.”

Alpha Lawn was prepared to start over, but who knew that things were better than he thought?

He could not help being proud of how Valerie had survived as well as saved up the pack’s finances. If that had not been done, Tristan and Charlotte would have both squandered it all.

The news was so sweet to Alpha Lawn; it immediately enhanced his handsome features, that had been hidden due to the trauma and harsh life he went through at the rogue community.

“It’s late,” Denzel checked his wristwatch and spoke. They had spoken for so long, no one realized that time had elapsed.

“Burke, come to think of it, these two would not be among the omegas. They are already promoted to the rank of a full pack member,” Alpha Denzel said, referring to Raven and Ray.

Burke agreed after having listened to their story, but Raven felt undeserving of it. Whatever she did was purely from her heart.

“Alpha Denzel, isn’t it too much? You already gave us a very good place to stay.”

Denzel smiled and replied with gratitude. “Don’t worry. If not for you two, how would I have had my father-in-law here? You deserve the best, and as for your parents…”

Alpha Denzel wanted to bring them to the pack, but Alpha Lawn felt he already did so much and did not want to burden him anymore, taking the words out of his mouth.

“Don’t worry about them. I already planned to take them in, but you have to help me with getting them out of that community when the time is right.”

Valerie frowned slightly at the request, feeling as if she had forgotten something. “What do you mean by helping you to get them out? Do they need special permission?”

“Val, the rogues were insisting that we take them all with us. It was not easy to get your father out,” Denzel said. Valerie remembered the time her father introduced Raven and Ray, saying,

“I think my father explained that before.”

“Yes, he did, and I think everybody is tired. Alphas would be arriving in the next two days, and Val, you don’t get to attend training tomorrow.” He wanted her to hide from the pack for a while, and a superb entry, but Valerie was insistent.

“I have to. Please let tomorrow be the last for me. Raven and Ray, if you need anything, please don’t hesitate. We owe you both a lot,” Valerie said softly. Raven’s eyes were moist, feeling undeserving of all the praises showered on them.

“Thank you, Luna Valerie, but as we said, you have given us more than we deserve.”

Alpha gave the order for everything needed to make them full pack members to be given to them.

It was good he did not announce his previous decision of hosting them in the omega’s community, as knowing the full story changed everything.

“Oh, Burke, get them phones tomorrow and put them on a monthly salary.”

“Yes, Alpha,” Burke replied with a smile. Every good done to the likes of Alpha Denzel never went to waste.

It felt like an honor, having the two people who saved the Luna’s father in their midst. Valerie added.

“We shall constantly invite you to have dinner with us. If not for most of the rooms being for guests, we would have taken you into the pack house, so feel free to come whenever you want.”

Ray and Raven were overwhelmed with joy, but the only people missing were their parents. However, since Alpha Lawn promised to bring them in later, they just had to wait patiently.

Later that night, Valerie used her greatest learned skills to seduce her mate, hoping to get things back to the way they were, but Alpha Denzel equally had a score to settle with her.
