Alpha Lawn’s expression was grim. “I don’t know about Tristan, but my own daughter, whom I love so much, stabbed me in the heart.”

The first reaction was shock that permeated through the atmosphere as all attention focused on Scarlet.

Alpha Calypso could still not believe it and asked for clarity. “Alpha Lawn, are you saying she betrayed you, or did she actually stab you in the heart with a dagger?”

There was no pity in Alpha Lawn’s eyes as he glared at his last daughter. “Before she arrived, those two already hit me into a state of unconsciousness, but I could hear everything they said.”

The two warriors wished they had not come. For something like this to happen in a pack like this meant death.

“She was the one who stabbed me last. In the heart because she wanted me dead,” Alpha Lawn said coldly, the glares on Scarlet were like daggers.

It was as if they were going to kill her with their eyes. She turned to her side where Tristan sat.

“No. Tristan is the one who arranged everything. He was the one who paid the warriors.”

Not surprised due to how their love turned bitter over a month ago, he could not stand for her either.

“And you brought the idea. We are in this together so don’t pin it all on me,” Alpha Tristan yelled. Ashley could not sit down and listen. Rising to her feet, she added her voice.

“Then you set up Valerie, brutalized, disgraced, and almost executed her because of your stupid affair? Scarlet, I wonder what the color of your blood is.”

Even if Tristan would betray Valerie, it was well understood, but not Scarlet. As to whether her tears were real, no one could tell as Scarlet cried. “I was naïve. I’m sorry.”

During that time, she stood alone among the hundreds of pack members and all the guests who had come to attend the coronation.

Her desperate cries were met with sneers. Today, she not only had the man she loved by her side but also her father and elder sister standing up for her, so what did she have to do?

“You could have pursued your love interest without offending anyone but chose to take people’s lives. For as long as you are alive, you have not been punished enough,” Ashley declared.

“Yes, yes, yes,” those in attendance were screaming, cheering them on. They all agreed that Scarlet and Tristan should be punished.

It was the same as when the pack members turned against Valerie. Tristan and Scarlet were facing their portion of the pain and shame they caused her.

She, whom I had disowned because you told me that she said she hated the pack and preferred the human world.” Ashley and Valerie were shocked. No wonder their father was so ruthless by then, thinking Ashley disrespected the pack.

“I never said that,” Ashley quickly said, a wedge of shame formed on Scarlet’s face as Alpha Lawn continued to speak.

Both Scarlet and Tristan’s cries blended together. “Noooooo.”

Everyone focused on Raven as Alpha Lawn’s gaze softened. “What is the problem, Raven?” He asked so softly, Scarlet was jealous.

This was how her father used to treat her, but she seemed to have been replaced.

“I suggest that you banish them to suffer like the rogues,” Raven suggested. Many people agreed except those who really knew how the rogues operated.

“It’s a nice idea, sweetheart, but these two do not deserve a second chance. They would lead a lot of attacks if given the chance,” Alpha Lawn explained to her. Scarlet understood that today would bring their death.

“So, you are going to kill us,” she said with a strange resolve, wiping the tears from the corner of her eyes.
