Chapter 375: Chapter 375 – This woman cannot be our Luna
“My son, I need a favor,” Alpha Lawn said, and to his amazement, two people responded.

“Anything,” both Denzel and Idris replied. Luna Alma smiled deeply. They now had two sons-in-law, which made things even more interesting.

Alpha Lawn had to get used to the changing future. “Ah, Idris, thank you for reminding me, but I was referring to Denzel.”

He was pleased to have alliances with both packs. It meant his pack would grow stronger over time.

“Anything, dad,” Denzel replied. Alpha Lawn pressed further.

“Just remember your promise that you would do anything.” He remembered that Denzel had initially refused to let Raven move into the Yellowstone pack, so was this an indication that he was now willing to do so?

Denzel suddenly felt trapped. His father-in-law was using the wisdom of old age, but Denzel was not going to give in due to his loyalty to Raven.

It was the same loyalty he knew Alpha Lawn felt, but once he had decided to make Raven a pack member, he had no intention of going back on his word.

“For as long as it doesn’t involve Val, Raven, or Alice, I can consider it.”

He phrased it that way to have an escape route if Alpha Lawn made a similar request.

The middle-aged man chuckled, not surprised that Denzel did not fall for his trick.

“You are indeed smart. It’s about Raven. I wanted to reserve a portion of land for her to plant some herbs here for us. She could train someone to watch it and wouldn’t have to be here by herself.”

Alpha Denzel had already considered this. The herbs healed them faster than the medications given at the clinic and strengthened their wolves, using their strength to heal.

The hospital treatments focused on symptoms. “That is not a problem. I will arrange it.”

“I need another favor,” Alpha Lawn said immediately. Alpha Denzel gave him his attention, but before the middle-aged man made his request, Denzel partly guessed.

“Is it about the rogue King? I can bring him to you. Raven and Ray would visit frequently.”

If the rogue Alpha joined the Yellowstone pack, there was no way Alpha Denzel would prevent Raven and Ray from coming.

Besides, they were now allies. “Yes, it’s about him,” Alpha Lawn agreed. Alpha Denzel beckoned to Valerie.

“Let’s go and bring him. After that, we can go home.”

Valerie did not refuse, as she had always been eager to see the rogue communities. In this case, the rogues in this particular community were dead, with the only survivors being those who did not join the attack.

Still, it did not dampen her enthusiasm to see what it was like. “Sure, let’s go.”

As they left, Alpha Idris was also eager to take his mate home, asking, “Dad, do you need Ashley for anything? I need to introduce her to the new pack.”

There wasn’t much happening at the Yellowstone pack except for the experts trying to find a way to use pack members as human resources for the development project.

“When is the coronation, if I may ask? I have to be there a day ahead, so I want to know in advance,” Alpha Lawn proudly said.

After all they had been through, there were still many good things happening in their lives.

“It can be in a week,” Idris said. Ashley nudged him with her elbow and took over the conversation.

“Come on, Idris, there is a lot to do here. Please, let’s make it a month.”

“A month would be perfect for me,” Alpha Lawn agreed, in case Idris insisted on a week.

“I guess I don’t have a choice. A month it is,” Idris agreed.

Ashley and Idris arrived at the Litha Moon pack to a very warm welcome. Being acquainted with Luna Fernanda already, she was only meeting Alpha Rick, Luna Fernanda’s mate, for the first time after arriving at the packhouse.

The maids eagerly attended to them, as Alpha Rick hugged Ashley. “Welcome home, my daughter. Fernanda already told me the good news.”

Ashley’s heart warmed as if her father were hugging her. “Thank you, dad. I’m glad to be here, and your pack is indeed beautiful,” she acknowledged.

Aside from the Evergreen pack, the second most beautiful one for Ashley was the Litha Moon Pack, as it held many similarities to the Evergreen pack.

“It’s your pack now. No need to be courteous,” Alpha Rick smiled at her while pouring her a drink.

The news had already spread around the pack, and due to Luna Valerie’s coronation, everyone had heard about Ashley.

Having her there made it feel like Luna Valerie, and they were very excited. Perhaps Ashley might even have some powers of her own. Alpha Idris called a meeting with the pack members to introduce her.

“This is my beta, Victor, and that is his mate, Ocean.” He introduced a blonde hunk and a blonde she-wolf to her.

Ocean’s excitement knew no bounds as Alpha Idris said, “Ocean, Victor, meet our future Luna, Ashley.”

“We’ve been waiting to meet you for so long.” Ocean hugged Ashley, as she had been waiting for the chance to meet her ever since Luna Fernanda revealed it.

“I’m here now, and I’m looking forward to getting to know you guys better,” Ashley said politely, hugging her back.

Alpha Idris finally introduced her to the pack members. “Today is the happiest day of my life, and I believe it is the same for all of you because my mother can finally retire.”

The pack members broke into laughter as he continued. “I found my mate, Ashley, and in exactly one month, she will be the Luna of this pack.”

Everyone was joyful and excited, except for a few, and intermittently, the wonderful atmosphere was disrupted by a peculiar she-wolf’s voice.

“This woman cannot be our Luna. Not after all she did in Las Vegas.”

Ashley’s heart skipped a beat as the voice sounded familiar. As the pack members moved aside to reveal the owner of the voice, Ashley’s fingers clenched, and the smile faded from her face.
