Chapter 1101: Push In!
Chapter 1101: Push In!
Villain Ch 1101.
Push In!
The Riftkeeper bellowed, its many eyes suddenly glowing red as it prepared another attack, but Jane was ready.
She chanted her necromantic spell, summoning her Banshee horde once again.
Her banshees swirled into existence, their haunting wails filling the cavern.
They descended upon the Riftkeeper, their ghostly forms darting and circling around it, disorienting the creature.
The distraction was enough.
“Now!
Push in!” Allen shouted, signaling the team to move.
They didn’t need any more encouragement.
This was their window, their chance to take the upper hand and prevent the Riftkeeper from using its deadliest ability-Molten Divide.
If the creature managed to split into two, the fight would become exponentially harder, and they were already dangerously low on time and resources.
Once again, they showered the Riftkeeper with attacks.
But the monster, half its HP already lost, was far from defeated.
It trashed violently, its grotesque form flailing in rage, trying to brush off everyone and everything that dared approach.
Its massive arms swiped at the banshees, blood spears, and shadow tendrils, its many eyes glowing with malice as it fought back against the relentless assault.
Allen darted in close as he struck at the creature’s molten flesh, dodging the Riftkeeper’s wild attacks with precise footwork.
He could feel the heat radiating from its body, the burning air making it hard to breathe.
But he pressed on, every strike landing with calculated force.
Vivian was right beside him, her whip flashing in and out of the creature’s reach with blinding speed, leaving deep gashes in its waxy skin.
“Keep going!” Allen shouted, his voice strained from the heat.
They had to push through.
They couldn’t afford to let up for even a second.
The Riftkeeper was unpredictable, and every moment it stayed standing was a risk.
Just as they closed in to land another set of blows, the Riftkeeper let out a deafening roar, its body pulsating with molten energy.
Without warning, it unleashed its new skill.
“Inferno Burst,” it muttered.
A sudden, massive explosion of molten fire radiated from its body in all directions.

The fiery wave caught everyone off guard, and in a panic, Allen and Jane both activated their Barrier skills, throwing up protective shields just in time.
But this attack was unlike anything they’d faced before.
The ground beneath them ignited, burning patches of molten fire spreading out across the floor of the cavern.
The Inferno Burst wasn’t just a direct attack-it turned the very battlefield against them.
Even with their Barriers up, the scorching heat from the burning ground inflicted constant damage, searing their feet and legs.
The temperature in the cavern spiked dramatically, making it almost unbearable to stand still.
That monster fried them alive!
“Fly!
Hover!” Allen shouted, trying to get his team off the burning ground.
They quickly took to the air, but the oppressive heat was relentless.
Even off the ground, the rising temperature singed their skin, causing damage despite their efforts to escape.
“Dammit,” Alice cursed under her breath.
“This isn’t working!” Vivian winced, her wings beating hard to keep her airborne.
“We need to cool this down or we’re done for.” Bella, eyes narrowing in concentration, muttered, “Ice Storm.” With a wave of her hand, she conjured a swirling storm of ice and snow.
The icy winds howled through the cavern, the temperature plummeting as the snowflakes began to settle on the burning ground.
The ice washed over the molten patches, snuffing out the flames and neutralizing the extreme heat.
Zoe followed up quickly, her voice calm but commanding.
“Tsunami,” she muttered.
A massive wave of water surged from the back of the cavern.
The wave rushed toward the Riftkeeper, crashing into its molten body with a deafening roar.
Steam billowed up as the water collided with the creature’s heat, but it did the trick-the flames were extinguished, and the cavern was finally cooled.
But the Riftkeeper wasn’t done.
“Molten Divide,” the creature growled, its voice a deep, guttural rumble.
Its body rippled grotesquely, splitting and stretching as it prepared to divide itself into two identical copies.
Allen’s eyes widened-this was exactly what they couldn’t allow.
Quickly, Shea flew to the front of the group, her wings flaring out as she landed in front of the Riftkeeper.
Her face twisted in concentration as she opened her mouth wide, using her Sonic Screech skill.
She screamed, her voice a high-pitched, piercing sound that echoed through the cavern.
The air around them vibrated with the force of her skill, the soundwaves cutting through the Riftkeeper’s body like an invisible blade.
The creature froze mid-division, its form shaking violently as it struggled to continue its splitting process.
It fell into a confused state.
The others winced, covering their ears to block out the painful sound of Shea’s screech.
Even Shea herself looked a little annoyed-this was one of her least favorite skills to use, the sound of her own voice grating on her nerves.
But it worked.
Allen couldn’t let this chance slip away.
With a commanding thrust of his arm, he activated Dark Storm.
The Riftkeeper thrashed instinctively, its monstrous form writhing and convulsing in a desperate attempt to escape the storm.
Its many glowing eyes blinked erratically, glowing brighter in panic.
Its massive, waxy limbs flailed, trying to brush off Alice’s dark tendrils that bound it, but the creature’s movements were sluggish, weakened by the relentless barrage of attacks and its own exhaustion.
Vivian, seeing the creature’s weakened state, grinned.
Her whip flicked through the air as she called forth her own skill.
“Nightmare Trap!” she shouted.
From the darkness beneath the Riftkeeper, a massive, demonic hand erupted from the ground, its fingers long and clawed, dripping with an otherworldly darkness.
The hand shot up, wrapping itself around the Riftkeeper’s bloated, melting body.
Its fingers clenched tightly, gripping the monster in a vice-like hold.
The creature roared in rage, its voice echoing through the cavern, but its struggle was in vain.
The Nightmare Trap held firm, squeezing the life out of the Riftkeeper’s weakening body as it writhed in agony.
This was it.
The team could feel the end approaching.
There was no hesitation now, only the need to finish what they had started.
