Chapter 1106: Same Armor Chapter 1106: Same Armor Villain Ch 1106.
Same Armor Etched into the stone were intricate, ancient symbols glowing faintly with a soft blue light.
The markings were unlike anything they’d encountered on the first floor.
“What…
is this?” Allen asked, stepping closer, his hand hovering near the glowing symbol but not quite touching it.
There was something about the design, the way it twisted and curled, that set his instincts on edge.
It didn’t seem hostile, but it definitely wasn’t ordinary.
Jane furrowed her brow, inspecting the symbol.
“It might be some kind of seal,” she mused, her fingers tracing the air just above the etchings.
“Something ancient, maybe.
It’s magical, but I can’t quite tell what kind of magic.” Bella crossed her arms and frowned.
“Or maybe… it’s a trap,” she said warily.
“I mean, look at where we are.
Traps are everywhere, and this thing is glowing for a reason.
It can’t be good.” Shea stepped forward, eyes wide with curiosity.
“Well, only one way to find out, right?” she said, and before anyone could stop her, she reached out and placed her hand on the symbol.
All at once, the others gasped, their eyes widening as they braced themselves for whatever terrible effect was about to be triggered.
For a heartbeat, there was nothing but the sound of their collective breaths, the room holding its breath with them.
But nothing happened.
Shea blinked, her hand still on the symbol.
“Huh… I thought something would happen.” Alice tilted her head, her brows knitted in confusion.
“Maybe it’s just a display,” she suggested, stepping closer but keeping her distance from the symbol.
“Sometimes things in dungeons are meant to look ominous but don’t actually do anything.
Just decoration.” Vivian chuckled softly, though there was a hint of unease in her voice.
“As weird as that sounds, it’s possible.
We’ve seen stranger things made just to freak people out.
It’s not always traps and monsters.” Zoe pointed to a specific section of the glowing marks.
“But look,” she said, her voice low but clear.
“This symbol…
it looks like the ones we saw in the Cursed Crypts.” She stepped closer, her eyes narrowing.

That got Allen’s attention.
His eyes sharpened as he looked closer, his mind racing.
“Let me see,” he said, moving to stand directly in front of the symbol.
He studied it for a moment, then without hesitation, placed his hand on the glowing etching, his fingers pressing into the cold stone.
The reaction was immediate.
The symbol flared with a bright light, the faint glow suddenly intensifying into a blinding flash.
The air around them shifted, warping and twisting as a strange, invisible force seemed to grab hold of them.
“Allen-” Vivian started, but before she could finish her sentence, the ground beneath them seemed to vanish.
The symbol had transformed into a swirling portal, and with a sudden, violent pull, it sucked them all in.
They were yanked off their feet.
The sensation was dizzying, like falling through a tunnel made of light and darkness at the same time.
They tried to fly, but it was no use.
Something pulled them.
For a moment, there was nothing but the disorienting sensation of being dragged through space, until… They landed with a thud in another room.
Allen hit the ground hard.
He rolled to his feet, his eyes darting around to take in their new surroundings.
The room they had arrived in was cold, damp, and dimly lit.
It wasn’t like the narrow pathways and caverns of the second floor-it was something else entirely.
The air smelled of decay, and a thick layer of dust covered the floor.
The architecture was grand but eerie, with towering stone pillars that lined the walls, covered in faded, ancient carvings.
The chamber was vast, more like a hall meant for royalty, but there was nothing regal about it.
In the center of the room sat a massive throne, draped in shadows, with something sitting upon it.
A corpse-no, something worse than a corpse.
It was an ancient, desiccated figure, its form slouched on the throne as if it had been there for so long, waiting.
Its hollow eyes stared out from a face that was barely more than a skull, and its once-grand armor was tarnished and corroded.
Around the room, more corpses littered the floor, their bodies in various states of decay, as if they had been left here to rot along with whatever sat on the throne.
“Where…
are we?” Bella whispered, her voice barely audible, her eyes wide as they swept over the eerie chamber.
“This place is weird…” Shea muttered.
She cast a glance at the faded carvings on the stone pillars.
“I don’t like it.
It feels…
haunted.
Like something’s watching us.” “I don’t like this place either,” Bella said.
She stepped closer to the group.
“Everything about it feels wrong.
Like we’ve walked into someone’s grave, and they’re not too happy about it.” Alice folded her arms and stared at the corpses littered across the room.
“It’s definitely a grave.
Look at those bodies.” She gestured with a tilt of her head.
“And that thing on the throne… it’s been sitting there a lot longer than I want to think about.” “Could be a curse,” Jane said, her voice low, her eyes flicking between the decaying figure on the throne and the ancient markings on the walls.
“This entire place reeks of old magic.
” “Whatever it is, I don’t want to be here any longer than we have to,” Zoe murmured.
But while the others spoke, Allen remained silent, his gaze locked on the throne at the far end of the room.
He had been standing still, his posture tense, as if frozen by something only he could sense.
The others’ words faded into the background as he stared at the figure slumped in the throne-its hollow eyes, its ancient armor.
“Allen?” Larissa finally spoke up, noticing his fixed gaze.
“What’s wrong?
You’ve been staring at that thing for too long.” Allen didn’t immediately respond.
His eyes remained on the figure.
“That thing…
It’s wearing the same armor I had when I first entered the game.” CREATORS’ THOUGHTS UnholyGod Your gift is the motivation for my creation.
