Chapter 1136: Stolen Glory Chapter 1136: Stolen Glory Villain Ch 1136.
Stolen Glory Red_King clenched his fists, his knuckles turning white.
“Did that shitty prince just claim our victory?” Elio shook his head in disbelief, his voice tight with anger.
“I think… yeah.
That was our fight.
Zael was the one who led us.” Azura’s lips curled into a sneer.
“Ugh…
if this keeps happening, I swear I’ll turn into a villain myself.” Father^Alex glanced at Zael, expecting him to speak up, to challenge the king or the prince’s blatant lie.
But Zael remained silent, his expression clouded with sadness and disappointment.
He looked down at his hands, clenched tightly in his lap, as if he was trying to hold back something he couldn’t say.
Father^Alex, unable to hold back his frustration, leaned toward him.
“Why don’t you say something, Zael?
They’re taking credit for what you did.” Zael looked up, his eyes dark with a mixture of anger and resignation.
“I want to…” His voice was low, almost a whisper.
“But more than half of this room is filled with Otis’ troops.
We’re the only ones who survived that war, remember?” Red_King grimaced, his eyes flicking between the prince and Zael.
“Are you serious?
You need to speak to that asshole king and the prince who just claimed your victory like it’s nothing.” Zael’s face tightened, and he looked away, clearly torn.
“It’s not that simple.
They’ll turn on me in an instant if I challenge him.
Otis has the court’s favor, not me.” Father^Alex frowned, his frustration palpable.
“But you’re the one who led us.
They need to know the truth.” Zael’s eyes lowered, his voice filled with quiet bitterness.
“The truth doesn’t matter to them.
The king doesn’t want to hear it.
As long as Otis shines in his eyes, I’ll always be in the shadows.” Elio leaned forward, his frustration evident.
“That’s exactly why you need to stand up for yourself.
If you don’t speak now, they’ll keep walking all over you.
You fought for that victory, Zael.
You earned it.” Zael shook his head slowly, still refusing to meet their eyes.

“It’s not that simple.
If I speak out, I’ll make things worse.” Red_King grumbled under his breath, “Oh God… why does he act and sound like Alex?” His tone was half-annoyed, half-amused, but this time, Father^Alex didn’t say anything.
There was no denying it-Zael did remind him of himself.
Too peaceful, too hesitant to cause a scene, too shy to stand up for what was rightfully his.
Azura sighed, leaning closer to Zael, her voice softer but more insistent.
“You can’t keep letting them walk all over you, Zael.
You deserve better than this.
What are you afraid of?
You have us here.
You’re not alone.” Zael’s expression remained unchanged, his lips pressed into a tight line.
“I’m not afraid…
I just don’t want to cause more harm.
I’ve seen what happens when you go against the king.
It never ends well.” Red_King leaned back in his chair, exasperated.
“You’re being too soft.
They’re stealing your glory, and you’re just going to sit here and let them?” Zael’s voice hardened slightly, but he still refused to meet their eyes.
“It’s not worth it.
They’ll turn on me, us.
Otis has more influence than I ever will.” Elio, his voice rising in frustration, gestured to the prince, who was basking in the applause.
“You can’t keep running from this!
If you don’t stand up now, they’ll always see you as weak.
You’ll always be in his shadow.
Is that what you want?” Zael remained silent.
His face was a mixture of frustration and resignation, but it was clear that he wasn’t going to speak up.
No matter how hard they tried to push him, he wasn’t willing to risk it.
Suddenly, without warning, Father^Alex stood up from his seat.
His movement was swift, catching everyone by surprise, including Zael, who looked up in shock.
The usually quiet and reserved healer walked toward the front of the room with a determination none of them had seen before.
“It should be Prince Zael, Your Majesty!” Father^Alex announced, his voice firm and unyielding as he addressed the king directly.
“It was Zael who led the charge against the lich army.
It was his victory, not Prince Otis’.” The room fell into stunned silence.
Red_King’s jaw dropped, his eyes wide with disbelief.
“Tell me I’m not dreaming,” he muttered, barely able to comprehend what he was seeing.
The king’s face darkened, his brows furrowing as he turned his icy gaze toward Father^Alex.
“What is this nonsense?” the king growled.
“My son has brought glory to this kingdom.
How dare you question that?” Prince Otis, standing beside his father, sneered, his haughty expression twisting into one of arrogance.
“Who are you to speak out of turn?
My victory is unquestionable.
You’d best sit down before you embarrass yourself.” But Father^Alex stood his ground, his shoulders squared and his gaze unwavering.
“It wasn’t your victory.
It was Zael’s.
He was the one who led the army, who faced the danger head-on.
And I won’t stand by and watch you take credit for his bravery.” The king’s eyes narrowed, his tone dripping with disdain.
“Do you have any proof of what you say?
My son has served this kingdom with honor.
You, on the other hand, are nothing but a common soldier.” Father^Alex clenched his fists, refusing to back down.
“I was there.
I fought beside him.
We all did.
We know the truth, even if you refuse to see it.” The tension was clear, and all eyes were on Father^Alex, who stood defiantly before the throne.
The king’s lips pressed into a thin line, but he said nothing, waiting for his son to respond.
Prince Otis stepped forward, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
“Perhaps you’re confused.
A healer like you wouldn’t understand what it means to lead.
You’re too used to hiding behind stronger men.
Let me remind you that I’m the prince.
It is my right to lead, and my father recognizes that.
So sit down before you make a fool of yourself.” But Father^Alex didn’t move.
His gaze hardened, and he took a step closer.
