Chapter 1160: Stolen Chapter 1160: Stolen Villain Ch 1160.
Stolen Alice stepped forward, her fingers moving as she summoned her Void Sphere.
The dark orb swirled with energy before expanding rapidly, engulfing several of the creatures in a wave of shadowy power.
“Gotcha,” she muttered as the beasts were crushed under the weight of the void.
“You’re slowing down,” Shea teased as she leaped into the air, her wings spreading wide as she unleashed a barrage of Wind Blade Strikes.
The girls fought the monstrous beasts around them.
Their shouts and the sound of magic clashed against claws filled the air, but Allen barely paid attention.
He knew they could handle it-after all, there was a pretty big level gap between his group and these monsters.
The fight wasn’t the real issue.
His focus remained on the small, trembling creature still held in his Telekinesis grip.
He took a deep breath, his eyes narrowing as he addressed the fox.
“So, you stole the bells from the devil emperor, huh?
And you’re scared of him?
Afraid he’ll come after you?” The fox, still struggling weakly against the invisible force holding her, nodded frantically.
Her earlier bravado had crumbled, replaced by genuine fear.
Allen could see it in her wide, glowing eyes-this wasn’t just a quest for her.
It was survival.
“What do you want with the bells?
Why did you steal them?” Allen pressed, keeping his voice steady.
The fox hesitated for a moment, her small body tensing as she considered her response.
Finally, she spoke, her voice trembling with vulnerability.
“I…
I wanted to be strong.
I’m tired of being weak.
I thought…
I thought the bells had the devil emperor’s power.
If I had them, I’d become powerful, and no one could hurt me anymore.” Allen gave her a dry, almost pitying smile.
“But instead, the bells corrupted you, didn’t they?” The fox’s ears flattened against her head, and she whimpered softly.
“Not just me…
The whole forest.” Her voice was barely above a whisper now, filled with regret.

“The whole forest?” Allen raised an eyebrow, intrigued but cautious.
“Explain it to me.
What happened when you took the bells?” The fox froze, her small body trembling even more.
Her wide, panicked eyes darted around as if searching for an escape route, and she started to squirm in Allen’s grip, whining like a child throwing a tantrum.
“Come on, just tell me,” Allen urged, his voice calm but firm.
“If you tell me why this happened, I’ll let you go.” The fox stopped struggling, her breath coming in shallow, rapid bursts.
Her fear was clear, and for a moment, she looked more like a cornered animal than anything else.
“I’m…
I’m afraid.” Her voice was shaky, her gaze shifting nervously.
“Afraid of the emperor.” “There’s no point in being afraid now,” Allen said, trying to sound reassuring, even though his patience was wearing thin.
“Just tell me what happened.” The fox hesitated again, but eventually, she relented.
Her voice was so soft Allen had to lean in to catch her words.
“When I first took the bells…
I didn’t know how powerful they really were.
I thought I could handle it.
But I was wrong.” Allen’s grip on her tightened slightly, not out of malice, but to keep her from escaping.
“Go on,” he said, his voice low.
“I…
I was running through the forest when I dropped the bells.
They fell near the river, and I didn’t realize at first what had happened.
But then…
the power from the bells…
it spread.
It corrupted the river, and the corruption spread through the whole forest.
All the creatures, all the plants…
everything.
The power twisted them.” Allen’s expression hardened.
“So, you’re saying the corruption wasn’t just you-it affected the whole forest because you dropped the bells?” The fox nodded, her eyes filled with guilt.
“Yes.
And now the creatures in the forest…
they’re not the same.
They’ve been changed by demonic energy.
They’re stronger, but they’re also…
wrong.
It’s my fault.
I shouldn’t have taken the bells.
I didn’t know they’d do this.” Allen sighed.
The fox had wanted power but hadn’t understood the cost.
It was a familiar story-one he had seen before, in different forms.
The desire to escape weakness by grabbing onto something far more dangerous than one could control.
“So, the whole forest is cursed because of the bells,” Allen said, almost to himself.
“Yes,” the fox whispered, her voice shaking.
“And I couldn’t stop it.
The corruption is too strong.
I thought maybe if I kept the bells, I could figure out how to control it, but…
it’s too late.” Allen watched her for a moment, considering his options.
On one hand, this was clearly a quest they needed to resolve, but on the other, the fox’s desperation and fear made it clear that she was just as much a victim of her choices as the forest was.
“Why didn’t you just leave?” Allen asked, his voice softer now.
The fox’s small body trembled as she looked at him with wide, fearful eyes.
“The bells…
they don’t let me,” she whispered, her voice barely audible over the distant growls of the creatures surrounding them.
“I’m…
I’m trapped.
All of us are.
The moment I took the bells, their power bound me to this forest.
It’s like the corruption has…
tethered us here.
I tried to run…
but I can’t.
None of the corrupted creatures can.
We’re stuck in this nightmare, and there’s no escape.” Her voice cracked, and she whimpered again, her guilt and fear crushing down on her.
“I didn’t know.
I thought…
I thought I could just take the bells and leave.” She shuddered, curling in on herself as if trying to hide from the reality of her own mistakes.
Allen sighed deeply.
He lowered his hand slightly, though he didn’t release his telekinetic grip on the fox just yet.
“So that’s why you tried to give the bells to us,” he said.
“You thought if you could pass them on, you could escape.” The fox nodded, tears welling in her glowing eyes.
“Yes.
If someone else had the bells…
maybe I’d be free.” CREATORS’ THOUGHTS UnholyGod Your gift is the motivation for my creation.
