Chapter 1167: Please Give Me The Tea Chapter 1167: Please Give Me The Tea Villain Ch 1167.
Please Give Me The Tea But before he could fully sink into his thoughts, his phone dinged again.
A message came from Bella.
Bella: How was your dinner, Allen?
Any updates?
Please give me the tea.
Allen frowned, surprised that Bella had messaged him directly instead of in their usual group chat.
It was odd for her to be reaching out personally, especially about something this specific.
He quickly typed a reply.
Allen: Good.
My dad scolded her.
It looks like she’ll be stuck with him all night.
But before he could hit send, his phone buzzed again-this time, with Bella’s caller ID flashing across the screen.
Her unexpected call caught him off guard, and for a second, he just stared at his phone, wondering what she could possibly want to discuss in real time.
“Hello?” he answered, slightly hesitant.
“Allen!” Bella’s voice was filled with the energy that only she could muster at this hour.
“Finally!
So, what’s really going on over there?
Did Emma actually survive Jordan’s wrath?” Allen sighed, sitting up a bit straighter.
“Barely.
She managed to pull off the ‘I’m innocent, please have mercy’ act, but it only worked because she’s Emma.
Dad definitely wasn’t pleased.” He could practically hear Bella’s grin through the phone.
“Honestly, she deserves it for what she did.
Did she look totally panicked?” “Oh, absolutely.
She tried to rope me in for help, but I wasn’t about to dig myself into that mess.” Bella chuckled.
“Good for you!
She’s got to learn eventually.
So, did he lay down any punishments besides the lecture?” Allen paused, recalling the seriousness in Jordan’s eyes.
“Yeah… he’s going to make her work at the company.
No game access, nothing.
Follow new episodes on the "N0vel1st.c0m".
Just pure work so she can see what ‘responsibility’ looks like.
That should do the trick.” Bella whistled.
“Well, that’s… intense.
But maybe it’s what she needs.
She gets away with too much, and you’re always too nice to her.” “Yeah, maybe.
But she’s my sister.
I can’t help it,” he admitted, feeling a little sheepish.
“I think Dad’s handling it, though.
She’ll survive.” There was a pause, then Bella’s tone softened.
“You’re a good brother, Allen.
Don’t let her wear you down too much.” He was taken aback by her words.
Bella was usually so playful; hearing her like this felt oddly… sincere.
“Thanks, Bella,” he replied quietly, feeling the tension of the evening lift just a bit.
“But why the sudden interest?” She hesitated for a moment, then laughed lightly.
“I just felt like calling.” Allen couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow, feeling like there was more to it than that.
Bella wasn’t usually this… subdued.
“Is that all?” he asked, a teasing edge to his voice.
But truthfully, he wanted to know if there was something she wasn’t saying.
A pause lingered on the line, then Bella’s voice softened.
“Yeah…” She trailed off, and for a moment, Allen could almost feel her hesitation through the phone.
He was about to respond when she added, her voice shifting slightly, “Allen… I’m still pissed off.” Allen held back a chuckle, suppressing the urge to roll his eyes.
“You mean about your backstory?” “Yes!
Why?” Bella whined, the frustration evident in her tone.
“It makes me feel like an idiot.
I know there should be variety in the villains’ backstories, but I can’t believe they gave me that.” Her words came out in an exasperated rush, and Allen could practically hear her pouting on the other end of the line.
He stifled a laugh.
“Hey, it’s not that bad,” he replied, though he knew it wouldn’t do much to ease her annoyance.
“Your character’s probably more relatable than you think.
Not every villain has to be tragic to be interesting, right?” She let out a dramatic sigh, and he could imagine her dramatically rolling her eyes.
“You just don’t get it, Allen,” she huffed.
“It’s embarrassing!
I mean, imagine having everyone know your backstory involves you throwing a tantrum over bells.
It’s a nightmare.” Allen tried to keep his laughter in check, but it slipped out anyway.
“You’re kind of throwing a tantrum about it now, Bella.” “That’s exactly why it bothers me!” she shot back, though he could hear a hint of laughter hiding behind her frustration.
“Hey, have you had dinner yet?” he asked, hoping to lighten the mood.
“No, why?” Bella replied, sounding a bit caught off guard.
“Do you want to grab something to eat?
My treat.
You can complain to me about it in person.
Probably easier than yelling at your phone, anyway.” Her previous whining disappeared almost instantly, replaced by genuine excitement.
“Yes!
I want to!” She sounded like a kid who’d just been told she could have ice cream for dinner.
Allen smirked, momentarily wondering if she was just putting on an act.
‘She’s not faking it, is she?’ he thought.
“Alright,” he replied.
“My car’s broken, by the way!” she chimed in quickly.
“Can you…pick me up?” He paused, feeling like she’d known he’d offer.
“Sure,” he said, shaking his head in amusement.
“Car or motorbike?” “Motorbike!” Her voice lit up with enthusiasm.
“I want a real night out, like a proper date!” Allen chuckled, giving his phone a playful shake as if Bella could see his grin on the other end.
“Alright, motorbike it is.
I’ll be there soon.” “You’d better be,” Bella’s voice teased through the speaker.
“Give me twenty, and don’t start counting down until I’m actually on the bike,” Allen quipped, already grabbing his leather jacket.
A laugh from Bella, soft and sweet, sounded before they hung up.
Allen slipped the phone into his pocket, taking one last look in the mirror to make sure he looked at least half as put-together as he felt.
His fingers took a bottle of cologne on his dresser, and after a quick spritz, he was ready to go.
But as he turned to leave, he paused, his gaze landing on a small decorative vase in his room.
‘Should I bring her something?’ he mused, running a hand through his hair. CREATORS’ THOUGHTS UnholyGod Thank you for the Dragon, Leech_95!
