Chapter 1207: Sea Creature Standards Chapter 1207: Sea Creature Standards Villain Ch 1207.
Sea Creature Standards Vivian hummed thoughtfully.
“You say that, but… what if she’s not considered ugly by sea creature standards?
Maybe she’s a total knockout down here.” Zoe’s eyes widened in disbelief, her tentacles twitching indignantly.
“You can’t be serious!
That thing is hideous!
Even the mermen looked more normal than her!” Allen chuckled, patting Zoe’s tentacle gently.
“To be fair, beauty is subjective, Zoe.
Maybe she’s got something we just don’t understand.
Like…
sea creature charisma.” “Sea creature charisma?” Zoe repeated, her voice incredulous.
“Allen, that sounds ridiculous.” “More ridiculous than an overly dramatic Kraken?” Alice teased, raising an eyebrow.
Jane snickered, stepping closer.
“She’s got a point, Zoe.
You’re giving that mermaid a run for her money in the dramatics department.” Zoe’s pout deepened, and she crossed her arms, her tentacles wrapping around herself protectively.
“Fine.
Laugh it up.
But let’s see how you all feel when I save this ocean and become the real queen around here.” Larissa rolled her eyes, a smirk tugging at her lips.
“Just don’t let it go to your head, Your Majesty.” Shea shook her head, clearly amused.
“Too late for that.
Zoe’s head was already big enough before this.” Zoe ignored the jabs, tilting her chin up defiantly.
“Whatever.
I’m still the best-looking Kraken in this dungeon, and you all know it.” Vivian laughed, twirling her whip idly.
“Oh, no one’s arguing that.
But if this quest ends with you having to compete in some kind of ocean beauty contest, we’re all going to demand front-row seats.” Zoe’s confidence flickered for a moment, and she glanced at the shell in her hand with a nervous laugh.
“You don’t actually think…?” Alice smirked, her voice dry.
“Given this dungeon’s track record?
I wouldn’t rule it out.” The group dissolved into laughter, and even Zoe couldn’t help but crack a small smile.
She gave Allen a nudge with one of her tentacles.
“You’ll be there to support me, right?” Allen smiled, shaking his head.

“Of course.
Who else is going to cheer for the most dramatic Kraken queen in the ocean?” “Good answer,” Zoe said, her grin returning.
“Follow me, guys!” With an air of triumph, she turned and began leading the group deeper into the dungeon.
The rest of the party exchanged glances, shrugging before trailing behind her.
Despite the bizarre quest and the ridiculous premise of a jealous ocean queen, they had little choice but to move forward.
However, as they descended further, the vibrant coral and colorful reefs that had defined the earlier areas began to disappear.
The terrain turned into an endless expanse of ocean floor, flat and desolate, with only faint, flickering lights illuminating the depths.
“It’s getting darker,” Alice murmured, glancing around cautiously.
“And eerier.” Zoe slowed her pace, her confidence dimming slightly as she took in the empty expanse.
“Where are all the hints?
Aren’t quests supposed to give, you know, directions?” Jane chuckled, though her voice was uneasy.
“Welcome to Hell’s Gate, where logic and straightforward gameplay go to die.” “Focus,” Allen said, his tone even.
“The deeper we go, the weirder this place is going to get.
Stay sharp.” No one needed to be told twice.
The oppressive silence was broken only by the faint hum of water currents, the atmosphere thick with tension.
And then, in the distance, something stirred.
“Uh, guys?” Shea whispered, pointing toward a group of shapes moving toward them.
At first, they were indistinct blobs, blending with the shadows of the ocean floor.
But as they drew closer, their forms became clearer.
The creatures resembled centaurs, but instead of powerful horse-like bodies, their lower halves were those of seahorses.
Their torsos, however, were disturbingly thin and skeletal, their rib cages visible under pale, translucent skin.
Their hollow eyes glinted in the dim light, giving them an almost dead look.
Seamanhorse <Level 171> Vivian sighed as she surveyed the creatures.
“Yup, another batch of weird ones.
This dungeon’s theme is getting worse by the minute.” Larissa’s gaze was wary, her fingers twitching near her weapon.
“I don’t know… these things are unsettling.” The creatures suddenly noticed them.
Their heads snapped toward the group in unison, and their hollow eyes locked onto Allen.
A split second later, they neighed loudly, a chorus of high-pitched, shrill sounds that echoed through the water.
“The F…” Allen muttered, his expression cringing as the creatures began galloping-well, swimming-toward them with disturbing enthusiasm.
At first, Allen assumed they were charging for the girls.
But as the creatures drew closer, their shrill cries became clearer.
“It’s a man!” “A man!” “A MAN!” Allen froze, his face paling.
“Oh, hell no.” Vivian burst out laughing, though she quickly stifled it.
“Oh, Allen, looks like you’ve got some admirers!” Shea smirked, raising a blade feather.
“Well, this is new.
How does it feel to be the center of attention?” Allen didn’t answer.
His brain was too busy screaming as the horde of Seamanhorses closed the gap, their glowing eyes filled with what could only be described as unholy glee.
Without hesitation, he raised his hand, summoning his Stone Curse skill.
A wave of dark energy rippled outward, and the creatures froze in mid-charge, their bodies turning into solid stone.
Their eerie cries were cut off, replaced by an ominous silence as the battlefield turned into a petrified sculpture garden.
“Confirmed,” Allen muttered, his voice steady but his expression grim.
He wasn’t taking any chances.
With a flick of his other hand, he activated Demonic Orbs, summoning a series of glowing, pulsating spheres that hovered around him for a moment before launching toward the frozen Seamanhorses.
The orbs collided with the stone creatures, shattering them into hundreds of pieces with loud, resounding cracks.
When the dust-or rather, shards of stone-settled, the battlefield was eerily quiet again.
[You received Seahorse tail 10 ea and 1,312 Coins.] “Well,” Zoe said, breaking the silence, “that was… something.” “Something we’ll never talk about again,” Allen said firmly, his voice edged with a mixture of annoyance and lingering discomfort.
Vivian couldn’t resist.
“Oh, come on, Allen.
Don’t you feel special?
