Chapter 1234: Live a Little Chapter 1234: Live a Little Villain Ch 1234.
Live a Little Theodore raised an eyebrow, his smirk never wavering.
“Leaving so soon?
The conversation was just getting interesting.” “It’s been interesting enough,” Sophia replied, her smile not quite reaching her eyes.
“And we wouldn’t want to interrupt any longer.” Lila hesitated, glancing between Sophia and the two men.
“Oh, uh, right.
We probably should…” “Another time, then,” Tommy said, giving Lila a small, almost conspiratorial nod.
“It was great meeting you, Lila.” “The pleasure’s ours,” Theodore added, stepping back slightly but keeping his gaze on Sophia.
“Until next time.” Sophia turned, her grip on Lila’s shoulder firm as they walked away.
Her friend glanced back briefly, her cheeks still flushed, before turning her attention forward.
“They seemed nice,” Lila said softly.
Sophia let out a small laugh, though it lacked humor.
“Sure.
Nice.
Just don’t forget who they are, Lila.
People like them always have an angle.” The group watched as Sophia and Lila disappeared through the gym’s locker room, the tension in the room dissolving almost instantly.
Gerry and Gilbert exchanged a look before breaking into laughter, though they quickly covered their mouths, muffling the sound.
“Nice,” Gerry said under his breath, grinning as he turned to Gilbert.
“Real smooth, Gil.” Gilbert gave a mock bow, his grin as sharp as ever.
“Thank you, thank you.
I aim to please.” Tommy let out an exaggerated huff, crossing his arms.
“There goes my entertainment.
That was just getting better.” Theodore smirked, brushing a speck of imaginary dust off his sleeve.
“Quite fun, I’ll admit.
But too short.
Could’ve used a little more drama.” “At least we got a show,” Tommy said, raising his hand toward Theodore.
“Hell yeah.” The two exchanged a quick fist bump, their expressions smug.
Elio, who had been watching the exchange with mild amusement, shook his head from side to side.
“You guys are ridiculous.
Childish, even.” He paused, a small smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.

“But I have to admit, it was entertaining.” “Exactly!” Tommy said, gesturing emphatically.
“A little drama now and then keeps things interesting.” Elio chuckled softly but shook his head again.
“Still, I couldn’t pull that move off.
Maybe people just think I’m too serious all the time.” Allen, who had been leaning against the wall, finally spoke, his tone dry.
“That’s probably for the best.
Imagine if I tried something like that.
I’d instantly become the bad guy.
One joke and suddenly I’m the antagonist.” Elio turned his gaze toward Allen, studying him for a moment.
The silence lingered just long enough for it to feel deliberate.
Finally, he huffed softly and nodded.
“Yeah, I have to admit that’s true.” Gerry laughed again, clapping Allen on the shoulder.
“Villain or not, you’re too good at staying cool under pressure, man.
Sophia came in here looking like she was ready to start World War III, and you didn’t even flinch.” “Why would I?” Allen replied with a shrug.
“She’s always been like that.
Drama is her natural state of being.” Gerry leaned forward, his grin still plastered across his face.
“You dodged a bullet there.” “Yeah,” Allen said simply.
“Still,” Theodore interjected, his tone curious.
“She seemed… rattled.
Not entirely composed.
Do you think it’s because of us?” “Of course, it’s because of us,” Gilbert said with a chuckle.
“She saw the suits, panicked, and tried to figure out what we were plotting.” “She didn’t get much out of us, though,” Tommy added with a grin.
“Not that she didn’t try.
That whole ‘playing the victim’ thing?
Classic.” Gilbert laughed, shaking his head.
“But she didn’t have enough pieces on the board to make it work this time.” “True,” Tommy stated, feigning confusion.
“Dude, she didn’t even have a strategy.
That was pure flailing.” Theodore nodded, his expression thoughtful.
“She underestimated us.
Thought she could just walk in and control the narrative.” Allen crossed his arms, his tone neutral.
“She’s not used to losing control.
It throws her off.” Elio tilted his head slightly, his smirk reappearing.
“You sound like you’ve studied her.” Allen shrugged.
“You don’t deal with someone like Sophia without learning how she operates.” Allen sat down, crossing his arms as his gaze drifted toward the door.
His mind replayed the exchange, the way Sophia had tried to assert control over the situation, only to be thrown off balance by Theodore and Tommy’s unexpected moves.
“Well… You guys really threw her for a loop,” Allen finally said, his tone amused.
“She wasn’t expecting you to go after Lila like that.” Theodore smirked, his expression one of practiced confidence.
“It wasn’t planned, but it worked.
Besides, Lila seemed sweet.
Genuine.” “Yeah,” Tommy agreed.
“Too bad Sophia didn’t like it.
She looked ready to explode.” “That’s an understatement,” Elio muttered, shaking his head.
“Sophia’s always been good at pretending she’s got everything under control.
But when she doesn’t?
It’s… obvious.” Allen nodded, his expression neutral.
“She’s always been like that.
Trying to read her is a waste of time.
She’ll twist things to fit her narrative no matter what you do.” Gilbert leaned against the wall, his grin never fading.
“And that’s why it’s fun to mess with her.
She takes herself way too seriously.” “Careful,” Allen warned, though his tone was light.
“Push too hard, and she’ll escalate.
Trust me, I’ve seen it happen.” Elio raised an eyebrow.
“You think she’s going to retaliate?” “Of course,” Allen replied without hesitation.
“That’s who she is.
She won’t let this go.” “Then let her try,” Tommy said with a shrug.
“What’s she going to do?
Complaining about us on the forums?” The group chuckled, the tension easing as the conversation shifted.
Gerry couldn’t resist chiming in.
“Well, whatever she does, I’m here for the fallout.
This is better than reality TV.” Allen rolled his eyes but couldn’t help the small smirk that tugged at his lips.
“You’re impossible.” “And you’re too calm,” Gerry shot back, his grin widening.
“Come on, man.
Live a little.” Allen shook his head, pushing off the seat to stand up.
“I’ve got enough chaos to deal with already.
Let’s get back to our workout.
