Chapter 1325: This Feels Like Fighting The Devil Emperor… Chapter 1325: This Feels Like Fighting The Devil Emperor… Villain Ch 1325.
This Feels Like Fighting The Devil Emperor… Elio jumped back, narrowly avoiding the attack, but something still felt off.
He couldn’t shake the feeling that he was fighting someone else entirely, someone who wasn’t just Allen, yet it felt so familiar.
“You’re fast,” Elio muttered, trying to keep his composure.
He needed to focus, to push that strange feeling aside.
“Faster than last time?” Allen asked, his tone calm but with a hint of amusement.
Elio didn’t answer immediately.
He steadied his breathing, gripping his sword tighter.
“Yeah… faster.
But something’s different.” Allen didn’t react, instead circling Elio slowly, his daggers held loosely in his hands.
He was watching, waiting for an opening.
Elio knew he couldn’t afford to hesitate-not now.
Whatever was bothering him, he needed to push it aside and fight.
Elio charged again, swinging his sword in a wide arc.
Allen sidestepped, dodging with ease, but this time Elio didn’t stop.
He followed up with a shield bash, forcing Allen to jump back.
Their eyes met for a split second.
There it was again-that flicker of something in Allen’s expression, something dark and calculating.
Elio’s pulse quickened.
‘Why does this feel so familiar?’ They clashed again, blades meeting shield, each strike sending sparks flying into the virtual air.
Elio was giving it his all, but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t land a clean hit.
Allen’s movements were too fluid, too precise.
It was like fighting a shadow-every time Elio thought he had him, Allen slipped away.
Frustration bubbled up inside Elio.
He wasn’t used to this.
He was a knight, built for endurance and strength, yet Allen was dancing around him like it was nothing.
And that smirk… every time Allen dodged or countered, that damn smirk flickered across his face, as if he was enjoying this far more than he should.
Elio swung again, harder this time, forcing Allen to block with both daggers.
The impact pushed Allen back a few steps, but he recovered quickly, sliding back into his stance.
“You’re holding back,” Elio said, his voice tight.

Allen raised an eyebrow.
“You think so?” “I know so,” Elio said firmly.
He wasn’t sure what was driving him to say it-maybe it was the frustration, maybe it was that nagging feeling in the back of his mind.
“You’re not fighting like yourself.” Allen didn’t respond immediately.
He stood there for a moment, studying Elio with that same unreadable expression.
Then, slowly, he lowered his daggers slightly.
“Fine,” Allen said quietly.
“I won’t hold back.” Elio barely had time to react before Allen moved.
One second he was standing still, the next he was right in front of Elio, his daggers flashing in a blur of motion.
Elio raised his shield instinctively, blocking the first few strikes, but Allen’s speed was overwhelming.
Each attack came faster than the last, forcing Elio to stay on the defensive.
His mind raced.
‘This isn’t normal.
He’s faster, sharper-this feels like fighting… ‘ Allen managed to land a clean hit on Elio, knocking his sword from his grip.
It flew several feet away, hitting the ground with a loud clank.
Before Elio could react, Allen closed the distance, pressing one of his daggers lightly against Elio’s neck while the other hovered near his side.
Their gazes locked.
‘This feels like fighting the Devil Emperor…’ The thought crossed Elio’s mind unbidden, sending a chill down his spine.
He shook it off immediately, telling himself it was ridiculous.
There was no way Allen could be… no, it had to be something else.
Maybe Allen had trained harder than he thought.
Maybe it was just the new system throwing him off.
Still, the precision, the cold intensity-it was too familiar.
“You okay?” Allen’s voice cut through Elio’s thoughts, calm but with a hint of amusement.
He wasn’t mocking him, but there was definitely something smug in that tone.
Elio exhaled slowly, forcing himself to stay composed despite the rapid pounding of his heart.
“Yeah… just caught me off guard.” Allen gave a slight nod and pulled back, lowering his daggers.
“You hesitated.
That’s why you lost.” Elio retrieved his sword, gripping it tightly as he stood.
He couldn’t deny it-he had hesitated.
But it wasn’t because of indecision; it was because something about Allen’s fighting style had thrown him completely off balance.
Still, admitting that wasn’t going to help.
He needed to push past whatever weird feeling this was.
“Again,” Elio said firmly, resetting his stance.
Allen raised an eyebrow, a faint smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.
“We can’t,” he said, his voice steady and calm.
“The time’s almost up.
We need to give the other participants a chance.” Elio gritted his teeth, frustration gnawing at him.
He hated that feeling-the sense of unfinished business, of being bested without a proper conclusion.
His pride didn’t sit well with the idea of leaving things like this.
He tightened his grip on his sword, ready to insist on another round, but before he could say anything, Allen added, “But… if you really wish for it, I can end this now.
I can kill you here and claim my full victory.” That hit a nerve.
Elio’s eyes narrowed as he processed Allen’s words.
It wasn’t a direct taunt, but it felt like one.
Allen was offering him a way out-an easy excuse to back down.
And while part of Elio wanted to take him up on it, to avoid the embarrassment of a final defeat, another part of him burned with the desire to keep going.
To prove himself… But deep down, he knew why Allen didn’t strike the final blow earlier.
It wasn’t mercy or hesitation-it was strategy.
Allen knew Elio was the winner of the last event, the reigning champion, rank one.
If Allen had gone all out and ‘killed’ him in the duel, it would have made Elio look weak in front of everyone, damaging his reputation.
By leaving the fight unfinished, Allen had saved him from that humiliation.
And that realization stung more than the loss itself.
