Chapter 1327: Is Allen the Devil Emperor?
Chapter 1327: Is Allen the Devil Emperor?
Villain Ch 1327.
Is Allen the Devil Emperor?
He didn’t know if he was overthinking it, if maybe the adrenaline and tension of the fight had messed with his head.
But he couldn’t shake the feeling that there was more to Allen than he had ever realized.
Something wasn’t adding up, and the more Elio thought about it, the more it gnawed at him.
His mind circled back to the fight.
The Devil Emperor.
The thought crept in again, uninvited, making Elio’s stomach twist.
‘But that’s ridiculous.
Allen fought the Devil Emperor before, didn’t he?
And besides, the Devil Emperor is supposed to be an AI.
He even appears in those villain-focused quests.’ He tried to convince himself he was just being paranoid, but it didn’t help.
There was something about tonight’s duel that left him unsettled.
Too many similarities.
Too much familiarity.
And that smirk… he had seen that smirk before, he was sure of it.
“Elio!” a voice snapped him out of his thoughts.
He blinked, realizing he’d been standing still, lost in his head.
“You okay?” Gil asked, stepping closer with a concerned expression.
“Huh?
Yeah,” Elio muttered, shaking his head as if trying to physically clear his mind.
“You look lost,” Alexander added, his tone laced with worry.
Gerry grinned.
“Maybe he hasn’t eaten yet.
You should eat, Elio.
You look like you’re about to pass out.” “Yeah, I guess,” Elio said, though he didn’t make any move toward the food tables.
His eyes were scanning the crowd, looking for someone.
But Allen was nowhere to be found.

Instead, inside the dome, he noticed Zoe-one of Allen’s girlfriends, if he remembered correctly-facing off against Emma, Allen’s little sister.
It looked like another real fight, and the crowd seemed interested in the match, but Elio barely paid attention to it.
His focus was elsewhere.
He swept his gaze across the room again, hoping to catch a glimpse of Allen, but there was nothing.
No sign of him.
Just more guests mingling, eating, and watching the ongoing duel.
“Who are you looking for?” Gil asked, tilting his head curiously.
“Allen,” Elio said without thinking, his voice tense.
Gerry raised an eyebrow.
“You just fought him.
What, you didn’t get enough already?” “There’s something I want to ask him,” Elio said, his tone more serious than he intended.
Alexander pointed toward a side door leading to a more private area.
“I think I saw him go in there.
Pretty sure that’s the VIP room, though.” Elio frowned, glancing toward the door Alexander had indicated.
It made sense-this was a major event, and the VIP room was likely where the Goldborne family and high-profile guests would be.
If Allen had gone in there, it meant he was off-limits for now.
Still, that didn’t sit well with Elio.
“I guess you can’t go in there,” Alexander added, sounding apologetic.
“Yeah,” Elio muttered.
“But I need to talk to him.” “You can wait,” Gil suggested.
“He’s not going to stay there all night.” Elio didn’t respond immediately.
He knew Gil was right, but patience wasn’t exactly his strong suit.
Something about this whole situation had rattled him, and he hated feeling like this.
Still, barging into the VIP room wasn’t an option-not unless he wanted to make a scene and get himself kicked out.
“Fine,” Elio said after a moment, exhaling slowly.
“I’ll wait.” “Good call,” Gerry said with a grin.
“In the meantime, why don’t you grab something to eat before you collapse?
Seriously, man, you look like you’ve been fighting dragons or something.” Elio managed a weak chuckle, though his mind was still elsewhere.
He followed the others toward the food tables, picking up a plate more out of habit than hunger.
Around him, the party continued as if nothing had happened.
Guests laughed, chatted, and clinked their glasses, oblivious to the storm brewing in his head.
But no matter how much he tried to distract himself, one thought kept repeating itself.
‘Is Allen the Devil Emperor?’ On the way to the VIP room, Allen strode purposefully across the crowded hall, the buzz of the ongoing party fading into background noise.
Kai walked a step behind him, his usual calm expression unshaken, as if escorting Allen into high-pressure situations was just another Tuesday.
The duel with Elio had barely ended when Kai appeared, his words direct and to the point.
Jordan wanted Allen in the VIP room.
Now.
Allen’s face turned serious, his mind shifting gears.
He wasn’t one to ignore a summons from his father, especially when it involved the families tied to the Goldborne legacy.
He kept his pace steady, his tone low and firm.
“Tell me the situation.” Kai didn’t hesitate.
“Azura’s family wants to see you up close.
Not just her family-several other families closely tied to Goldborne have also asked to meet you.
They want to… assess you.” “Business?” Allen asked, though he already had a hunch.
“Maybe,” Kai replied, his tone careful.
“But it’s more than that.
They’re curious, of course.
You showing up as the young master was unexpected.
They want to know if you’re someone who’ll bring more glory to Goldborne… or if you’ll drag the family name down.” Allen gave a short nod, his expression unreadable.
‘Fair enough.’ He had expected something like this sooner or later.
Families like these were always cautious, always calculating.
The moment Jordan had publicly acknowledged him, Allen knew it wouldn’t just be smooth sailing.
These people didn’t care who he was personally-they cared about whether he could be a useful ally or a dangerous liability.
“Anything specific I should know?” Allen asked, glancing sideways at Kai.
Kai hesitated for a moment before answering.
“They’ll likely try to gauge your personality.
Some might push you, see if you can be controlled or influenced.
Others might outright challenge you.
They’ll want to know if you’re someone they can trust… or someone they need to watch closely.” Allen smirked faintly.
“So basically, play nice, but don’t let them think I’m their puppet.” “Exactly,” Kai said with a slight grin.
