Chapter 1377: Pure Internal Suffering (Magic Castle Bonus) Chapter 1377: Pure Internal Suffering (Magic Castle Bonus) Villain Ch 1377.
Pure Internal Suffering If he said it was interesting, it felt wrong somehow.
The sacrifice, the tragedy, the twisted mentality of the villagers-it all sat uncomfortably in his mind.
But… yeah.
It was a perfect backstory for a vengeful succubus.
A succubus wasn’t just some random sex demon in Hell’s Gate.
They had depth, history, and raw vengeance baked into their lore.
And Vivian?
She embodied that completely.
Allen hated how right it felt.
Emma’s grin grew wider.
She leaned closer, voice dripping with smugness.
“I know you want to say it fits Vivian’s background.
You just need to say it.” Allen’s jaw twitched.
Emma smirked.
“Even Dad already approved it.” Jordan nodded.
“I did.” Allen groaned.
“Ugh, yes.
The story is… decent.” Emma gasped dramatically like he had just given her the highest praise.
“But,” Allen quickly added, scowling, “the Passion Rooters are gonna give me a nightmare tonight.” He shook his head.
“I mean… horny undead?
That’s insane.” Emma giggled.
“Oh come on, it’s creative!” “It’s disturbing.” Allen shuddered.
“Who the hell came up with undead creatures that roam around with eternal lust instead of hunger?
That’s worse than zombies!” Emma raised an eyebrow.
“Oh really?
But in one of your stories, your MC bangs a vampire queen, right?” Allen froze.
Emma smirked harder.
Jordan chuckled, sipping his drink.
Allen pressed his lips together in pure internal suffering.
Follow new episodes on the "N0vel1st.c0m".
Okay, she had a point.
He did write that scene.
A very detailed one.
But in his defense, a lot of authors wrote vampires as living creatures that just happened to drink blood.
They weren’t always undead.
Then again… according to actual folklore and myth… Vampires were undead.
Shit!
Emma’s evil grin grew even bigger.
“Aw~ Look at you, brother.
You’re so pissed off!” She reached forward and pinched his cheek playfully.
Allen’s entire soul left his body.
He looked done.
He didn’t even react-just sat there, glaring at her like a cat being forced into a bath.
Jordan, amused, finally decided to step in.
“Emma, don’t tease your brother anymore.
He’s one step away from exploding.” His tone was playful, but it carried a hint of warning.
Emma giggled again, finally letting go of Allen’s cheek.
“Alright, alright.” Allen rubbed his face, sighing heavily.
“I’m related to a menace.” Emma winked.
“And yet, you love me.” Allen stabbed his fork into his food with force.
“Debatable.” Jordan just shook his head, chuckling.
“You two are impossible.” Emma grinned, completely unbothered.
“So?
Are you gonna play later?” Allen groaned, finally taking a bite of his food.
“I don’t know.
Depends on whether or not I recover from the fact that my sister is personally responsible for making a demon’s backstory more traumatizing.” Emma wiggled her fingers at him spookily.
“You’re welcome~.” Allen refused to acknowledge that.
This family was too much.
But at the end of the day, this was the kind of family he’d always wanted-a house full of chaos, ridiculous conversations, and people who made life interesting.
So… he wouldn’t complain.
Allen finished his meal, letting the conversation flow around him as he ate.
Emma, satisfied with her victory, had moved on to ranting about some new clothing line she wanted to check out, while Jordan occasionally chimed in with his usual dad-level skepticism.
It was normal.
And honestly?
He liked normal.
By the time he pushed his chair back and stood up, he felt recharged.
“Alright,” he said, stretching.
“I gotta go.
Taking Evan and Geralt to the station.” Jordan raised an eyebrow.
“They’re still here?” Allen grabbed his jacket.
“Yeah, they delayed their departure.
Apparently, they got distracted by a shopping spree.” Emma, who had been sipping her drink, choked.
“Wait.
Shopping spree?
No way.” Allen smirked.
“Believe it or not, yeah.
Big sale at one of the malls.
They went nuts.” Jordan shook his head.
“Guess it’s a rare chance for them.” Allen shrugged.
“Either way, they already handled their tickets.
Paid a little extra to change their schedule, so now I just gotta drop them off.” Jordan nodded.
“Drive safe.” Allen grabbed his keys and headed out, already feeling the cool night air hit him as he stepped onto the driveway.
His motorcycle gleamed under the streetlights.
A beautiful black machine, sleek and powerful, his favorite way to clear his head.
He swung a leg over, revved the engine, and the deep roar filled the night.
The road stretched ahead of him as he pulled out of the driveway, the vibration of the bike humming beneath him.
He knew Geralt and Evan were ahead, their car already making its way toward the station.
Allen grinned under his helmet.
Time to have a little fun.
He pushed the throttle, the bike surging forward.
The wind tore past him, cool against his skin as the city lights blurred in streaks of white and yellow.
He spotted their car just up ahead, moving at a steady pace.
He knew it from the license plate number.
Allen leaned forward, picking up speed, and within seconds… He overtook them.
He could imagine the look on Evan’s face as he shot past, a blur of black metal and speed.
Allen lifted a hand, gesturing casually as he passed ‘I’ll meet you guys at the station first.’ Then he revved the throttle and was gone.
The night was his.
Allen sped through the streets, weaving effortlessly between cars, the deep rumble of his motorcycle cutting through the quiet of the city.
The wind whipped past him, cool against his skin, the streetlights casting fleeting shadows across his visor.
It was moments like these-when the world blurred around him, when there was nothing but the road and the hum of his engine-that he felt free.
By the time he pulled into the station, the roads had thinned out, leaving only the occasional traveler hurrying to catch their train.
He coasted into a parking spot, killed the engine, and swung his leg over the bike, his boots hitting the pavement with a solid thud.
As he pulled off his helmet, the cool air hit his face, and immediately, he noticed it.
The stares.
Some subtle, others not so much.
A few people frowned, whispering to each other as they passed, their eyes flicking between their phones and him, as if they were trying to match his face to something they had seen before.
Allen internally sighed.
“Oh yeah.
