Chapter 1416: The Truth Doesn’t Matter Once The Damage is Done Chapter 1416: The Truth Doesn’t Matter Once The Damage is Done Villain Ch 1416.
The Truth Doesn’t Matter Once The Damage is Done Mastercraft let out a slow exhale, leaning back in his seat.
“I don’t like it either, but yeah.
This kind of setup?
She could easily do it again.” Red_King let out a short, frustrated laugh.
“Damn.
I just got chills.
Like, actual chills.
Because now I can’t stop thinking about how the next victims could be us.” And just like that, a collective shudder passed through the group.
Elio scowled, his fingers tapping against the table.
“Don’t say that.” Red_King threw his hands up.
“What?
I mean, tell me I’m wrong!
If she’s capable of doing this to Liam and Darren, then what makes you think she won’t try it on someone else?
Someone like, oh, I don’t know-one of us?” Allen smirked, but there was no amusement in it.
Just cold awareness.
“Exactly,” he said, his voice calm, almost detached.
“That’s how people like her work.
Once they find something that gets them what they want, they don’t stop.
They just move on to the next target.” Mastercraft shifted uncomfortably.
“And the worst part?
The next guy probably won’t see it coming either.” Gil nodded, his expression grim.
“Because who the hell expects something like this?
Most guys would never even think to protect themselves from this kind of setup.
It’s not even something you’d consider until it’s too late.” Red_King groaned, rubbing his temples.
“Ugh.
I hate that you’re making sense right now.” Allen tilted his head slightly.
“What, you think this is some new strategy?
It’s been happening for years-centuries, even.
Blackmail, manipulation, fake victimhood-it’s just more effective now because of how fast people believe whatever narrative they’re given.” Elio’s jaw tightened.

“And because the truth doesn’t matter once the damage is done.” Allen nodded.
“Exactly.” Mastercraft sighed, shaking his head.
“Shit, man.
That’s actually terrifying.” Gil crossed his arms.
“So, what now?
We just wait for her to pull this on some other poor bastard?” The table fell into a heavy silence.
Allen didn’t answer immediately.
He sat there, tapping his fingers slowly against the table, eyes narrowed, deep in thought.
His mind was already working ten steps ahead, piecing together every detail, every possible scenario.
“I guess she already did,” he muttered.
The others turned to him, sharp gazes locking onto him instantly.
Elio frowned.
“What do you mean?” Allen exhaled, leaning back against the booth, his fingers lacing together as he rested his hands on his stomach.
“Mr.
Bell.” Red_King blinked.
“Who?” Mastercraft raised an eyebrow.
“Who the hell is Mr.
Bell?” Gil sighed, rubbing his temple.
“Sophia’s boss at the agency.” Red_King let out a short, half-laugh.
“Oh, no.
Oh, no.
You’re telling me she even did this at her job?” Allen tilted his head slightly.
“Maybe.
If not, then explain why someone in his position would still be doing things her way?” That statement alone shifted the mood.
Because he was right.
A man in power, higher in rank, should never have needed to bend to someone like her.
Unless- There was something holding him back.
Mastercraft let out a slow exhale.
“Shit.” Elio rubbed his jaw, deep in thought.
“Okay, let’s think about this logically.
How far do you think she’s gone with him?” Allen’s expression didn’t change.
“Hard to say.
If she had completely trapped him, we’d see more drastic decisions on his end.
But he’s still keeping some level of control, which means…” “He isn’t as stupid as Liam and Darren,” Red_King finished.
Allen nodded.
“Exactly.
He’s older.
He should be more mature.
But-” “But he’s still doing what she wants,” Gil murmured, his voice tight with realization.
Allen’s lips curled into a humorless smirk.
“Which means whatever she has on him?
It’s enough.” Mastercraft exhaled sharply, rubbing his temple.
“Fucking hell, man.
This woman is a menace.” Red_King shook his head, running a hand through his hair.
“You think she’s using the same play?
The same kind of setup?” Allen tilted his head slightly.
“If it works, why would she change it?” Elio groaned.
“God, this is getting worse by the second.” Allen tapped the table again, his smirk fading into something more calculating.
“It’s simple,” he said.
“She’s running the same playbook, but she’s learning from it.
Every time she does this, she refines it.
Adjusts.
Finds out what works and what doesn’t.” Mastercraft muttered, “That’s… horrifying.” Gil looked at Elio.
“You think Mr.
Bell knows he’s being played?” Elio huffed.
“If he does, he’s either too deep to stop it, or he’s hoping it’ll just go away.” Allen’s gaze darkened slightly.
“It never just ‘goes away.'” The others didn’t argue.
They couldn’t.
They knew he was right.
Silence stretched for a few moments, before Elio finally spoke.
“So, are you going to do something about it?” Allen tilted his head slightly, eyes flicking to him.
“Me?” Gil exhaled, crossing his arms.
“Her last prize is you, Allen.” Allen’s fingers tapped against the table, slow and rhythmic.
He didn’t react immediately, but his mind was already working.
Elio continued.
“James and Noah might help Liam and Darren.
You know, with lawyers and stuff.” Allen was silent, his fingers still tapping, but his gaze had lowered, eyes focused on a spot on the table as if he was calculating a hundred different possibilities at once.
Then, after a beat, he muttered, “Cool.” Elio raised a brow.
“Cool?” Allen shrugged slightly.
“Good for them.
They’re gonna need it.” Mastercraft exhaled through his nose, shaking his head.
“You’re way too calm about this, man.” Allen finally looked up, expression unreadable.
“That’s because freaking out doesn’t fix anything.” Another silence.
Then Elio said, “We still need to do something about the video.” Allen nodded.
“Yeah.
That’s the real problem.” Gil ran a hand through his hair.
“If that thing gets out, Liam and Darren are finished.
It won’t matter if they were set up.
People are gonna see what she wants them to see.” Allen’s expression didn’t change.
“Do you guys know where she keeps it?” Elio sighed.
“Probably on her laptop or her phone?” Allen’s gaze sharpened.
“Is there anywhere else?” Mastercraft and Red_King exchanged glances.
Red_King tapped the table, thinking.
“Maybe a cloud drive?” Gil frowned.
“If she’s smart, she’d have backups.
She wouldn’t risk keeping everything in just one place.” Allen smirked slightly.
“Yeah.
That’s what I thought too.” Elio folded his arms.
