Chapter 1452: Doting The Emperor [Part 2]
Villain Ch 1452. Doting The Emperor [Part 2]
Jane curled into his side, draping an arm over his stomach. “Good. I’d rather not leave this spot.”
Alice chuckled, her fingers tracing absentmindedly along Allen’s arm. “Mm, me neither.”
Larissa smirked. “We should’ve just locked the door and told him to leave it outside.”
Vivian arched an eyebrow. “Agree.”
Then—footsteps came. A polite knock on the door followed.
Sebastian’s voice, smooth and professional as ever, cut through the lazy atmosphere. “Dinner is served.”
Allen barely turned his head before Shea lifted a hand lazily from where she lay sprawled next to him. “Leave them outside.”
Sebastian hesitated for only a fraction of a second—perhaps debating whether he should question the order—but in true butler fashion, he didn’t. Without another word, Sebastian took his leave.
The moment he was gone, Bella let out a low chuckle. “I guess this is safe enough for us to take it?”
Shea stretched, arching her back slightly before sitting up. “Yeah, I guess.”
Allen moved to get up, but before he could even shift properly, Shea’s hand pressed firmly against his chest, pushing him back down onto the bed.
“No,” she said, firm but teasing, her fingers lightly tracing over the fabric of his nightshirt. “You just sit down and enjoy.”
Allen raised an eyebrow. “I can get my own food, you know.”
Shea smirked. “Yeah, but why would you when you’ve got us?”
Larissa smirked, standing up and stretching before heading to the door. “Just behave well, Allen.” Vivian followed, shaking her head with an amused smile. Bella simply grinned, already moving to open the door.
Outside, three large food trolleys were neatly arranged, covered dishes steaming under silver lids. The scent of roasted meats, rich sauces, and freshly baked bread filled the air immediately, making the entire room feel even warmer, more indulgent.
The three of them wheeled the trolleys inside. The food selection was impressive—perfectly grilled steak, tender roasted chicken, golden-brown flatbreads, garlic butter shrimp, a spread of roasted vegetables glistening with herbs, and several smaller dishes of sauces, dips, and fresh fruit. The aroma of spices, butter, and slow-cooked perfection.
“Damn,” Zoe muttered, inhaling deeply. “Sebastian really went all out.”
Alice’s eyes sparkled as she peeked at the dishes. “Oh my God.”
Vivian smirked, setting down a tray on the bed. “They are loaded with protein.”
Allen chuckled, shaking his head. “Of course it is.”
Zoe plopped back down beside him, grabbing a piece of grilled meat wrapped in a soft flatbread. “What? You expect us to feed you junk?”
Shea leaned forward, picking up a piece of sliced steak with her fingers before pressing it against Allen’s lips. “Open.”
Allen gave her a flat look. “Seriously?”
She smirked. “Come on, be a good Devil Emperor.”
A slow exhale left him, but he indulged her, parting his lips just enough for her to slip the bite in. The moment the meat hit his tongue, rich juices flooded his mouth—smoky, perfectly seasoned, the faintest hint of char giving it a satisfying bite.
He chewed slowly, savoring the taste, before swallowing. “…Not bad.”
Jane grinned, popping a piece of roasted chicken into her mouth. “See? We do know how to take care of you.”
Larissa sat cross-legged on the bed, nibbling on a skewer. “Not gonna lie, though, this is kinda nice.”

Bella arched an eyebrow. “What, feeding Allen?”
Larissa snorted. “No. All of this.” She gestured vaguely at the group, at the food, at the sheer ridiculousness of their little post-dungeon raid indulgence.
Vivian hummed in agreement, sipping from a glass of juice. “Yeah. It’s rare that we actually slow down after all that.”
Zoe smirked. “We should make this a tradition. Post-raid feasting, right before post-raid other things.”
Allen sighed. “You really can’t go ten minutes without teasing me, huh?”
Alice chuckled, leaning her head on his shoulder. “Babe, it’s just too easy.”
Shea stole another piece of food, tossing it into her mouth. “That’s ’cause you let it be.”
Allen rolled his eyes but didn’t argue. Instead, he reached out to grab a piece of food for himself—only for Jane to beat him to it, plucking it up with a triumphant smirk.
“Uh-uh,” she asked, wagging her finger. “That’s our job.”
Allen narrowed his eyes. “You do realize I have hands, right?”
Larissa smirked, flicking a piece of bread at him. “Yeah, but it’s funnier this way.”
Vivian grinned. “And besides, you’re supposed to be relaxing.”
Allen sighed but let it happen. He leaned back against the pillows, letting them take control—not just of the food, but of the moment itself. The warmth, the lingering scent of sweat mixed with the rich aroma of the meal, the low hum of their voices filling the space—it was comfortable.
He wasn’t used to this.
Not just the teasing, the doting, but the sheer lack of pressure. No looming responsibilities, no immediate battles, no strategic calculations. Just them, together, enjoying a quiet, intimate moment.
It was rare.
And maybe that’s why he didn’t fight it.
Bella popped another bite into his mouth, grinning. “Okay, so, next raid. What’s the plan?”
Shea stretched, licking sauce off her fingers. “Something harder. We’re close to leveling up, right?”
Jane nodded. “Yup. Five more levels for the next class evolution.”
Zoe smirked. “Which means we should aim big.”
Larissa hummed. “Something challenging. Maybe a boss dungeon.”
Alice perked up. “Oh, what about that one ruin in the Forgotten Sands? The one with the chained wraiths?”
Vivian snapped her fingers. “Ooooh, yeah, that one’s supposed to have insane loot.”
Allen chewed slowly, considering. “It’s dangerous.”
Bella grinned. “That’s what makes it fun.”
He exhaled through his nose, shaking his head. “Fine. We’ll scout it first. I’m not walking in blind.”
Shea smirked. “See? That’s why you’re the boss.”
Zoe nudged his shoulder. “And why we let you sit back and enjoy this while you can.”
Allen sighed, accepting another bite of food from Larissa. The food helped—something grounding, something tangible.
