Chapter 1457: Too Tired to Function
Villain Ch 1457. Too Tired to Function
Bella laughed from the far side of the bed, pushing tousled hair out of her eyes. “Well, that’s what happens when you decide you’re gonna dominate all seven of us.”
Larissa lifted her head from the pillow, giving him a lazy smirk. “And not just once. I lost count after round three.”
Allen winced, feeling heat rise to his cheeks. “Can we please not remind me?”
Shea chuckled from the other side, rolling over lazily and pulling a blanket around her bare shoulders. “What’s wrong, Allen? Too embarrassed to relive your glorious conquest?”
“More like too tired to function,” he shot back dryly.
Jane grinned from across the bed, propped up on one elbow. Her hair was a wild mess, eyes mischievous as she smirked at him. “Well, we can’t exactly let our hero suffer alone.”
“I swear,” he muttered, glaring playfully at her. “You all planned this.”
Alice raised a brow, casually draping her arm over Allen’s chest. “Of course we did. You think we’d let you stay stressed?”
Allen sighed again, but this time it was softer, almost content. He felt the warmth radiating off their bodies, tangled around him, keeping the cool morning air at bay. The faint scent of their perfume, mixed with sweat and something sweetly intimate. His heart beat quietly in his chest, steadying itself in a slow rhythm.
Then, as if sensing their exhaustion, a polite knock echoed at the door.
Sebastian’s voice, calm and impeccably composed, filtered through. “Breakfast has been prepared, as requested.”
Shea lifted her head slightly, calling out lazily. “Leave it outside, Sebastian. We’ll manage.”
“Very good, ma’am,” Sebastian replied smoothly, footsteps retreating down the hallway without any further comment.
Vivian raised an eyebrow, still half-buried in the sheets. “Wait—how did he even know we needed breakfast?”
Shea yawned, stretching her arms over her head. “I already ordered him since last night. I knew none of us were going to make it to the dining room this morning.”
Jane stretched slowly, pushing herself up onto one elbow. “Well, that’s convenient.”
Bella smirked. “At least he didn’t insist on bringing it in.”
Allen raised a brow. “I guess he’s used to this chaos by now.”
Vivian sat up gracefully, running a hand through her disheveled hair. “Alright, someone needs to retrieve the food before it gets cold.”
Bella groaned, burying her face back into her pillow. “Not it.”
Larissa rolled her eyes, shaking her head slightly. “I’ll help. You guys are hopeless.”
“Thanks, Larissa,” Allen muttered gratefully, closing his eyes briefly.
A moment later, Bella, Larissa, and Vivian shuffled toward the door, quietly chatting as they wheeled three food trolleys into the room. Allen cracked open an eye, noticing the incredible spread. Omelets, crisp bacon, sausages, pancakes drizzled with syrup, buttery croissants, and even bowls of fresh fruit. The delicious aroma of coffee filled the air, mixing pleasantly with the faint scent of mint from a forgotten diffuser.
Allen’s stomach tightened with hunger, but as he tried to sit up, sharp pain flared again, reminding him exactly how reckless he’d been last night.
“Don’t even think about moving,” Shea said sternly, already noticing his struggle. “We’ll handle everything.”
Allen started to protest, but the look she gave him silenced him instantly. She gently pushed him back down onto the bed, eyes softening. “Just relax.”
“Fine,” he murmured, defeated. “Do whatever you want.”
Jane smirked triumphantly, leaning close and kissing his cheek lightly. “See? Was that so hard?”
Allen grumbled, feeling his cheeks redden. “This is still embarrassing.”

She chuckled softly. “Good. It’s cute when you’re embarrassed.”
As the girls began passing around plates, Shea opened the bedside drawer, pulling out several small bottles and tubes. “Your legs still hurt, right?”
Allen eyed her warily. “Obviously.”
She tossed a small tube to Vivian. “Use this on him. Muscle-relaxant cream. Should help.”
Vivian smiled sweetly, unscrewing the cap. “My pleasure.”
The first touch of the cool cream made Allen tense, inhaling sharply as Vivian’s fingers gently massaged it into his sore thighs. Her touch was soothing yet firm, slowly kneading away the tension, the minty fragrance strong but surprisingly pleasant.
“Mmm, that’s cold,” he muttered, eyes fluttering shut.
“Give it a minute,” Vivian murmured soothingly, working methodically. “It’ll warm up.”
Slowly, the tension in his muscles started to fade, replaced by a soothing warmth. Allen relaxed, closing his eyes fully, enjoying the soft sensations, the lingering soreness gradually easing away beneath her skilled hands.
“Better?” Vivian asked softly.
Allen groaned appreciatively. “Much.”
Bella chuckled, picking up a strawberry and holding it gently to his lips. “Now eat.”
He sighed but accepted the bite willingly, tasting the sweetness burst onto his tongue, fresh and juicy. He relaxed even more as Zoe pressed a piece of pancake between his lips, its sweetness blending perfectly with the savory flavors already lingering on his tongue.
“You guys really spoil me too much,” Allen murmured, eyes still closed as he chewed.
Shea chuckled softly, gently brushing his hair away from his forehead. “You deserve it.”
Despite himself, warmth flooded Allen’s chest at her words. He wasn’t used to feeling this comfortable, this pampered. And yes, part of him wanted to resist, to reclaim some of his independence, but another part—a deeper part—wanted to surrender completely to this moment of perfect comfort.
He opened his eyes slowly, finding the girls gathered around him, each offering gentle smiles, affectionate glances, contented whispers passing between them. Right now, he felt at ease.
“Thank you,” he whispered suddenly, his voice soft but clear.
The girls looked up, surprised, their eyes softening as they recognized the rare sincerity in his tone.
“For what?” Bella asked gently, smiling warmly.
Allen hesitated, then sighed softly. “For this. For making me feel…wanted. For making me feel okay to just… rest.”
Zoe leaned in, kissing his shoulder gently. “Always, Allen. You never have to ask.”
Bella smiled warmly, her eyes tender. “It’s only fair we take care of you.”
Jane chuckled softly, nudging his arm playfully. “And you do a pretty good job returning the favor.”
Allen smiled weakly. “I try.”
“Now,” Larissa said firmly, picking up a fresh croissant and tearing off a buttery piece. “Eat. You need energy.”
Allen sighed dramatically. “Again?”
She leaned closer, voice teasing but gentle. “Come on, be good.”
With a reluctant laugh, Allen opened his mouth again, letting Larissa feed him. He’d worry about his dignity later.
For now, he’d enjoy the moment, enjoy their warmth, their playful teasing, and even their relentless doting.
Because, as exhausting and slightly embarrassing as it was…
He wouldn’t trade this for anything.
