Chapter 1461: Ate What Exactly?
Villain Ch 1461. Ate What Exactly?

Kai smoothly opened the mansion door, ushering him inside. The interior welcomed him with warmth—the faint scent of freshly brewed coffee, rich pastries, and the subtle aroma of polished wood and fresh flowers. Familiar, comforting. Home.

“Do you want anything, sir?” Kai asked.

Allen handed Kai his jacket, which his assistant took gracefully. “Maybe just a coffee,” he muttered, more to himself than to Kai. “For conversation’s sake.”

Kai nodded understandingly. “Of course, sir.”

Allen headed down the marble hallway toward the dining room, his footsteps echoing slightly. A quiet murmur of conversation drifted out, growing louder as he neared. He paused briefly, gathering himself before stepping into the room.

Inside, Jordan sat comfortably at the head of the elegant dining table, sipping coffee from a porcelain cup. Emma lounged casually across from their father, nibbling a croissant and scrolling absentmindedly through her phone. And beside them, wearing a stylish, casual dress and sipping her tea calmly, was Azura.

Azura glanced up immediately, a soft smile brightening her features. “Allen!”

“Good morning, everyone,” Allen greeted, stepping fully into the room, trying to look casual.

Jordan nodded, smiling warmly. “Morning, Allen.”

Emma’s eyes sparkled mischievously as she put down her phone, grinning widely. “Look who decided to finally come home in the morning.”

Allen cringed inwardly, heat flooding his cheeks. He tried for nonchalance but failed spectacularly. “Well, I have some… relationships, you know.”

Emma chuckled teasingly, waggling her eyebrows. “Oh, we noticed.”

Azura giggled quietly, eyes twinkling with amusement as she sipped her tea. “Seems like you’ve been quite busy.”

Jordan cleared his throat lightly, a subtle but amused smile on his lips. “I’m glad you’re making time to build connections, Allen. It’s important,” he teased.

Allen coughed softly, trying to maintain some semblance of dignity. “Thanks, Dad.”

Emma leaned forward eagerly, eyes glittering. “So? Details, brother dear?”

Allen shot her a sharp look. “Absolutely not.”

Azura laughed softly, gracefully deflecting the conversation. “Let him breathe, Emma.”

Emma sighed dramatically, slumping back in her chair. “Fine. Spoilsport.”

Jordan chuckled, sipping his coffee slowly. “So, Allen, how was your night out?”

Allen sat down slowly, gratefully accepting the cup of coffee that Kai silently placed in front of him. He took a careful sip. “It was good,” he admitted softly, unable to stop the gentle smile tugging at his lips. “Really good, actually.”

Azura watched him closely, a knowing, affectionate smile on her face. “You look happy. It suits you.”

Allen met her gaze, feeling a flush creep up his neck again, but this time accompanied by warmth rather than embarrassment. “Yeah, I suppose I am.”

Emma suddenly perked up again, grinning wickedly. “So… who exactly were you with last night?”

Allen groaned, placing his face into his palm. “You’re relentless.”

“Just doing my duty as your beloved sister,” Emma retorted cheerfully.

Azura laughed lightly, eyes sparkling with curiosity. “Actually, now I’m curious too.”

Jordan smiled patiently, sipping his coffee. “Maybe Allen deserves a bit of privacy.”

Allen shot him a grateful glance, smiling weakly. “Thank you.”

Emma huffed, folding her arms dramatically. “You all are no fun.”

Allen chuckled softly, shaking his head at her exaggerated disappointment. His sister always had a way of bringing chaos into even the calmest family breakfasts, but honestly, he wouldn’t trade these moments for anything. He took another slow sip of his coffee, savoring its rich warmth as it chased away the last remnants of his fatigue.

Turning slightly, he faced Azura, curiosity filling his gaze. “So,” Allen began, leaning casually back into his chair, “what brought you here today, Azura? You don’t usually drop by unannounced.”

Azura smiled gently, brushing back a silky strand of her hair as she met his gaze. Her eyes sparkled warmly, holding his attention for a moment longer than usual before she answered, “I just moved into the apartment complex near here. Finished moving everything yesterday. Since I’m finally settled, I figured I’d visit you guys and enjoy breakfast together.”

Allen’s eyes widened slightly, surprise evident in his voice. “Wait—you moved in already? That fast?”

Azura chuckled softly, leaning forward slightly, her fingers wrapped elegantly around her teacup. “Yeah. It wasn’t that complicated, actually.”

Emma rolled her eyes playfully, leaning across the table toward Allen. “Come on, Allen. Moving places is a piece of cake for her family. Her parents literally own a moving company.”

Allen paused, blinking slowly. “Wait… seriously?”

Azura gave a small, amused nod, her smile growing slightly brighter. “Yep. That’s our family business. International logistics, actually. My parents expanded it globally over the years. So, moving around quickly and efficiently is kind of our specialty.”

Allen felt himself going slightly speechless. He knew Azura’s family was wealthy—he’d seen their sprawling estates, expensive cars, and luxurious lifestyle—but he’d never quite figured out what exactly funded their opulent lives. Hearing it now felt strangely surreal.

“Huh,” Allen finally muttered, his voice thoughtful. “You know, I honestly never realized exactly what your family did.”

Azura chuckled again, her laugh gentle and melodious. “It’s not exactly glamorous. Not as exciting as your gaming empire, anyway.”

Allen shrugged lightly, a modest smile pulling at his lips. “Honestly, it’s my dad’s empire. I’m still learning and trying not to break stuff.”

Jordan chuckled warmly from his seat, shaking his head slightly. “Allen’s being modest. He’s far more capable than he lets on.”

Emma scoffed dramatically. “Sure, if you consider chasing virtual dragons and romancing digital princesses ‘capable’.”

Azura laughed, eyes twinkling as she took another sip of her tea. “Don’t underestimate that talent, Emma. It’s far more challenging than it sounds.”

Allen shot her a grateful look. Somehow, Azura always had a way of making him feel acknowledged, understood.

She tilted her head slightly, her soft gaze lingering on him longer than usual. “Have you had breakfast yet, Allen?”

Allen hesitated for a split second, suddenly aware of Emma’s mischievous gaze fixed on him. He carefully cleared his throat, nodding calmly. “Yeah, I already ate. So, I’ll stick with just this coffee.”

Emma grinned wickedly, eyes glinting with mischief as she leaned forward conspiratorially. “Ate what exactly? Something between your girls’ legs?”
