The thread was already climbing the trending list, with more than 4.5k upvotes in under an hour.
Allen scrolled through the replies with a smirk, sipping his water.
Yup. Sophia was definitely not taking it well.
Allen smirked, leaning back again. He tapped his finger thoughtfully against the phone screen.
Red_King was strategic—always making sure Father^Alex got top-tier gear. Smart move, considering Father^Alex’s healing had literally changed raid meta.
“Looks like everyone’s leveling up,” he mused quietly, impressed.
Another ping from the girls’ chat interrupted his reading.
Bella: Allen? You better not be passed out again.
Allen chuckled softly, swiftly replying.
Allen: Relax, Bella. Still here. Forums are just extra spicy today.
Bella: Oh? Anything we need to worry about?
Allen: Just Elio getting scarier and Father^Alex basically becoming a god-tier healer. Normal stuff.
The replies were instant.
Larissa: You thinking about challenging them again?
Alice: Say the word and we’ll back you up. We’re ready for another war.
Allen laughed, shaking his head. He loved their enthusiasm, even if it meant endless battles. Still, his competitive spirit stirred, curiosity itching in his mind.
“Maybe,” he muttered aloud, his voice barely above a whisper. “Just maybe.”
Allen: We’ll see. I might have something in mind. Talk when we’re online.
A chorus of eager emojis flooded the chat instantly. He knew they were already strategizing in their heads, excitement mounting.
Just as he set his phone down, another knock sounded softly on his door. Kai’s voice was polite, calm as ever. “Sir? Shall I remove your tray?”
Allen sat up straighter. “Yeah, Kai, come in.”
Kai entered gracefully, taking one glance at Allen’s relaxed posture and smirked slightly. “I see the foot massager is effective.”
Allen gave a thumbs-up, stretching comfortably. “You’ve officially saved my legs.”
Kai nodded with a subtle, satisfied smile. “Just doing my job.”
Allen stood slowly, testing his legs. They felt better—not perfect, but enough to comfortably get back online without collapsing.
He turned to Kai. “Thanks again. Seriously.”
“My pleasure, sir,” Kai said smoothly, carrying out the tray. He paused briefly, glancing over his shoulder.
The door clicked shut behind him, and Allen stood there, laughing softly under his breath. Somehow, despite the ache and embarrassment, things were pretty damn good.
He glanced at his gaming setup. It was time.

With a final stretch, he pulled on his VR device, sat back into his chair, and activated the game. The Hell’s Gate loading screen blazed to life, dark flames reflecting in his eyes.
“Alright,” Allen murmured, voice calm yet filled with anticipation. “Let’s see what’s waiting for me today.”
Because in this game, as always, the Devil Emperor never stayed quiet for long.
A low, ambient hum filled the air through his device as he leaned back into the chair, the sensation of the foot massager now a ghost of comfort under his legs. But as the loading finished, a familiar shift gripped his senses. The world snapped into place.
He stood in the hall of the Cursed Crypts—his base, his throne, his kingdom of shadows. He flexed his fingers, the clawed gauntlet of his avatar gleaming dully in the dim light. A slow smirk curled his lips.
“I’m ready for the raid,” he said, his voice echoing through the crypt with its usual Devil Emperor bite.
In the center of the hall, they were already waiting. All seven of them. His companions. His queens of the damned.
Zoe was lounging on one of the jagged stone benches, legs crossed, a glowing blue Kraken tentacle curled lazily around her like a bored pet snake.
Larissa leaned against a cursed mirror, arms folded, her crimson eyes were sharp.
Bella sat on the railing of the central platform, tails swishing behind her with mischievous energy, while Alice stood near the cauldron, scribbling in a glowing grimoire and muttering to herself.
Shea stared at the hologram map, scanning the coordinates of potential raid sites.
Jane stood by a half-shattered mirror, admiring the crimson gleam on her staff, a grin curling her lips—one that promised delightful blasphemy rather than mere violence.
And Vivian—Vivian was right beside the throne, her succubus wings half-unfurled, eyes locking onto him the moment he appeared.
“Took you long enough,” Zoe said, flicking one of her fingers through the air with mock impatience.
“Devil Emperor’s gotta make an entrance,” Allen replied, descending the few steps from the platform where he materialized. His voice was relaxed but laced with a certain weight. “Guess we need to get a bit serious, though. Elio just got that new armor. And Alex? He’s about to drop the staff of every healer’s wet dream. If we’re going to keep our crown, we need to move.”
Alice snapped her book shut with a thud. “You think they’ll challenge us?”
“No,” Larissa said coolly, “but the other guilds will. With Elio and Father^Alex raising the bar, every PvE sweatlord and PvP tryhard is going to start drooling for a piece of the spotlight.”
“We’re not letting anyone take our title,” Jane added. “I’ve got a date with a raid boss.”
Vivian turned to Allen, brushing a strand of her lavender hair from her cheek. “Oh right—do you have time tomorrow, Allen?” she asked casually, her tone somehow both flirtatious and dead serious. “Mr. Bell wants you to come to the agency with me. Looks like Mila’s going to be there too.”
“About time,” Allen said with a smirk, striding toward the center where the girls had gathered.
“He wants to talk about Sophia, doesn’t he?” Larissa said, crossing her arms.
“Yeah,” he muttered. “Probably. He’s fast. I give him that. Doesn’t hesitate when something threatens his position.”
“Or his balls,” Bella added, appearing out of nowhere with a vixen grin, tails swaying behind her.
Zoe, perched casually on one of the throne-like stone benches. “Speaking of Mila, I don’t mind if she joins us,” she said simply, tapping a finger against her thigh. “Sharing Allen with her is fine. As long as she doesn’t play dirty.”
