Chapter 962: My Trap Is Better
Surprisingly, the bandits didn’t descend in a panic like I thought they would.

They quickly arranged themselves and did a counter charge against us.

The bandits let out yells of surprise as they suddenly found themselves losing their footing, a few of them falling flat on their faces from losing their balance.

I pulled back my fist and leapt forward, spinning myself around to deliver a helicopter kick to one of the bandits that had been trying to stand back up.

There was a loud crack as his neck was broken before his body got flung away and crashed into another crowd of bandits, throwing them all on the ground in a pile of tangled limbs.

I fully intend to kill everyone here so there was no need to hold back right now.

Two bandits tried to rush at me with spears and I lowered myself into a stance, my arms held in front of me.

The bandit turned to look at me but all he saw was me swinging my foot in a back kick towards his face.

His head snapped back with a loud crack and his corpse fell over onto the ground, joining his comrades in death.

I then reached down to snatch up the greatsword by the handle before throwing it towards another crowd of bandits, the sword cleaving through them and smashing them away like bowling pins.

I heard the whisper of wind and quickly spun around to catch the arrow that was shot at me, the projectile just inches away from hitting me from behind.

Not like it would have mattered if it hit me anyway since I could just heal myself.

My eyes scanned the direction of where the arrow had come from and spotted a bandit archer nocking another arrow on his bow.

I raised my palm to point at him and unleashed a [Spark Strike] that stuck him in the chest, electrocuting him mercilessly.

I didn’t even watch him fall as two more bandits rushed towards me while two more followed behind them.

All four of them were using swords and shields so I presume this group was thinking they could just hide behind their shields and let the others attack me if I were to focus on one person.

They spread out to encircle me, the two behind moving around to stand behind me.

I didn’t wait for them to complete the encirclement before I was already dashing forward towards the bandit closest to me.

He lowered his head and raised his shield, hiding himself behind it as I approached.

I could see the smug smile on his face as he thought he was safe behind that shield of his.

I pulled back my fist and buffed myself with [Strength] before punching straight into the shield.

A loud crunch could be heard as the shield caved in before the bandit was sent skidding back, his shield now completely useless and his arm broken.

He fell onto the ground and started rolling around in pain, giving me the time to turn towards the second bandit that was still staring at his friend in shock.

The poor guy got flung away to smash into the wall of a building, breaking through it and bringing half the roof down on top of him.

I then turned back to the guy who was still rolling on the ground with a broken arm and bent down to pick him up by his ankle.

The other two bandits got to watch me swing their friend over my head to smash him down on the ground on his head, breaking his neck and killing him.

I then swung the corpse again before releasing him, tossing him at one of the other two bandits.

To his credit, he managed to dodge it by stepping to the side, but that put him in a position that was too far to help his colleague whom I was already rushing towards.

He backpedaled and tried to get away since he already knew their shields were useless. He was even waving his sword in front of him like he was trying to scare me off.

I simply struck the flat of the sword with the back of my fist, smacking it away for me to close in the distance with him.

I then grabbed the shield that was attached to his arm with both hands before twisting it in a counter clockwise direction.

He ended up getting flipped upside down before I dropped him on his head with a pile driver, snapping his neck as well.

The other bandit tried to rush to me while roaring out in despair at his friends’ demise so I picked up the newest corpse and swung it like a bat to smash into that guy.

Seems like I either swung the corpse a little too hard or the guy was more fragile than I thought because his head ended up exploding into pieces with said pieces and blood flying everywhere.

The guy I smashed the corpse into was also now laid out on the ground, having been knocked out by the swing from earlier.

His face was contorted in rage, the man obviously angry that I pulled a reversal on him.

I dashed forward and delivered a snap kick into his abdomen, sending the larger sized Mahun flying away from me.

I thought that might take him out but he flipped himself in midair before landing on his feet.

He then reached out his hand and the axe flew back into his hand.

Hmm… So this guy has some skill at least.
